The Space:

Welcome to this superb, quiet and completely renovated studio, ideally located near the Champs-Élysées! It is perfectly arranged to accommodate two travelers.



The studio includes:

• A living space: equipped with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people with extremely comfortable new bedding, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• An open equipped kitchen: microwave, hotplates, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower and toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The studio also has laundry facilities: iron and ironing board.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

You will be staying in a prestigious and quiet area of ​​the 16th arrondissement, between Passy and the Trocadéro, ideal for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying a refined and peaceful setting. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in renowned addresses such as Carette Trocadéro or Le Stella, and have lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as Le Suffren or La Gare, perfect for tasting refined French cuisine in a typically Parisian atmosphere. For your daily shopping, several local shops are within walking distance, such as Franprix, Carrefour City, bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. Directions to Eiffel Tower: Take Line 6 from Trocadéro towards Nation and get off at Bir-Hakeim. The journey takes approximately 6 minutes.



3. Train (RER and SNCF):

Nearest RER Station: Avenue Henri Martin (RER C)

Directions to Notre Dame Cathedral: Take RER C from Avenue Henri Martin towards Massy-Palaiseau and get off at Saint-Michel - Notre-Dame. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes.



4. Flight

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

Distance: About 34 km

To get to the city: Take the RER B for around €10, or a taxi for a flat rate of €55 to the Right Bank.



From Orly Airport (ORY)

Distance: About 25 km

To get to the city: Take the Orlyval light rail and RER B for around €13, or a taxi for a flat rate of €35 to the Right Bank.

Professional Housekeeping: Services are offered on both your arrival and departure to ensure the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services

Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice and subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Noise: Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.



Internet Etiquette

Usage: Avoid unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation.

Malfunctions: Any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.



Professional Usage & Photography

Restrictions: No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.



Minimum Age

The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
