As an end unit, there is plenty of natural light through the windows and high ceiling. This getaway is very private, as there are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors, and very quiet bedroom spaces await for a good night's rest. With beautiful exposed ceilings, an airy ambiance, and a wood-burning fireplace, this sweet home feels like a secluded cabin in the woods while still being mere minutes from the heart of town. Everyone will have no trouble spreading out here, as the lofted layout allows for privacy when needed while the living area offers a flatscreen TV and plush furnishings for gathering each night. After a full day of lake adventures or lounging by the shared pool, the full kitchen will be calling your name to whip up delicious meals on all of the appliances of the home. Plus, an evening cocktail on the patio is never a bad idea as the sun dips behind the treetops.

Kingswood Village is a very well-maintained complex with the following facilities: pool, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, bocce ball court, and fitness center. There is plenty of free off-street parking, and extra parking for boats, RVs, and so much more!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
