Gîte Le Charpentier, charm and independence in the heart of a large park

The carpenter's cottage is on the right wing of the building and adjoins the owners' house and the "Le Pressoir" gîte. It has its own small enclosed garden with a terrace, pergola and plancha grill, which is separated by low stone walls and vegetation, allowing each to have their independence and no overlooking.
You can also stroll through the large park of over 1 hectare where you might meet holidaymakers from the 2 other cottages (2 x 4 people) on the property or enjoy
Upon entering the cottage, you'll find a TV lounge area with a large sofa and a wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxing on winter evenings. At the far end is the fully equipped kitchen, followed by a dining area where you can cook and eat as you please.
You'll use a slightly steep staircase to access the upper floor, where you'll find two bedrooms (11 and 12 m²), each with a large double bed. It's possible to add a single bed if you wish to accommodate 5 people; the cottage is comfortable for 4.
There are comfortable mattresses and good storage for clothes. The bathroom is also upstairs. It is equipped with a shower, a vanity unit and a toilet.
You will have the Pombonne lake 10 minutes away for swimming.
