Surrounded by the sights & sounds of nature, you are sure to enjoy both the peace & privacy, while still being close to all the action & activities 30A has to offer!  Cozy up around the outdoor fire pit & seating area after a long day at the beach!  Or enjoy one of the many screened-in porches...perfect for coffee or cocktails morning, noon, & night!  This large outdoor space also features a built-in gas grill for those daytime barbecues or for nights you're looking to stay in to spend time with family & friends.



Both the main & carriage house offer beautiful fully stocked kitchens outfitted with granite countertops & all updated stainless steel appliances.  The main also includes a wine cooler, spacious island, & a breakfast bar providing 4 additional seats.

Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Parties, events, pets, smoking are not permitted on the property.



PLEASE NOTE:  If any of the 12 beach chairs are damaged, lost, or stolen there will be a $200 charge per chair to replace. In addition, bicycles are available for guest use during the stay.
