Ocean Front on the Mission Beach Boardwalk!

Dear Future Guest!

Our Mission Beach ocean front vacation rental is located directly on the Pacific Ocean, fronting on the famed Mission Beach Boardwalk half-way between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park.

Enjoy fabulous unobstructed views of the sand and surf from our private patio, living room, dining room, kitchen, and the master bedroom. You will love the first floor easy access to the beach (no elevator or stairs!) with a reserved parking space directly in front of the door. We recently installed new solid-surface flooring (no carpet!).

Watch the sunset from the patio. Seagulls, dolphins, and whales (when migrating) will delight you. We are so lucky to have a wonderful place to put up our feet and want to share the experience with you! We have provided additional information about the condo in our rental agreement. Building Exterior Upgrades
The building has undergone major structural improvements to walkways and balconies on the upper floors recently. The contractor’s remaining work includes painting and waterproofing those areas on the alley side of the building. It is not expected that this will be disruptive to your stay, although there may be certain days when the painting crew will be in the area of our front door along the alley side. No work is occurring on the beach side of the building (it’s all done!). When completed, the building will have beautiful new paint, and refreshed patios and balconies. We love the new look!
