Recent Remodel
We recently (June 2024) completed a significant remodel, making the condo even more amazing. Here's what's new:
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Three baths, two bedrooms (both with CA King beds).
Lanai: Large wrap-around lanai with an ocean view.
Interior Upgrades:
All new cabinets in the kitchen and all three baths.
New luxury vinyl flooring throughout.
Newly tiled bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with walk-in showers.
Quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Appliances: Brand new range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and full-sized washer/dryer.
Kitchen: Full kitchen with service for eight.
Comfort: Mini-split AC system and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room.
Amenities:
Cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms.
Beach towels, folding chairs, and a beach cooler.
Kona Pacific Complex
Kona Pacific as a complex has:
Covered private parking.
A swimming pool and barbecue area.
