Cozy 3 BD Townhome at Luxury Community Regal Palms minutes from Parks

This beautiful town home at the ever-popular Regal Palms is in only 10 miles from Disney and close to all other local attractions.
The space
The first floor has a large, combined dining/living area, with tv, that opens into the fully equipped kitchen and cozy back patio, overlooking a large grassy open space. The grassy space in the community offers a shared BBQ and picnic area. WiFi is available throughout the property.
It has 3 spacious bedrooms, with a King, a Queen (on 1st Floor) and two singles each with a pull-out trestle bed, so sleeps up to 8. Each bedroom has its own tv and in-suite bathroom.
Regal Palms
This superbly equipped resort has a swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river, waterslide, playground, barbecue area, bar/restaurant, Fitness Centre including Sauna and Steam rooms and Convenience Store. The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day and resort entry are via a manned security gate. Parking permits, keys and property maps will be provided during check-in at the Front Desk from where towels are also available (free) for the leisure facilities.

Please note that the resort charges a SEPARATE FEE (not included in the nightly rate) of $22.40 inc. tax resort fee per day, per unit - not per person. A credit card will be required at check in for incidentals and to guarantee the payment of this fee at the resort.
Check in time is after 4 PM and the checkout 10 AM
