107 Windsor Place is considered one of the premier oceanfront resorts on Hilton Head Island. Surrounded by lush landscaping and tranquil lagoons, and pool views, The Windsor Place villas offer the perfect setting for a memorable vacation. This newly renovated villa has been professionally decorated and is an ideal choice for a beach vacation, honeymoon or anniversary celebration.

You will love the open floor plan, beautiful light gray plank-style floors and elegant beach accents throughout. There is plenty of seating in the dining room at the table for six plus an additional three bar stools at the gorgeous quartz breakfast bar. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and quartz countertops. In the back corner is the laundry room with a Samsung washer and dryer. The adjacent living room has an L-shaped sofa, accent chair and a 75” Samsung TV. The big window overlooks the lagoon, resort pool and peaks of the ocean. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony that has 2 Adirondack chairs and a table that seats four for al fresco dining or just enjoying the fresh ocean air and views.

Off the living room to the right is the master bedroom with a king bed, 65” Samsung smart TV and the same beautiful views as the living room. The private bathroom has a double quartz vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower with new subway style tiles.

On the other side of the kitchen to the left is the guest bedroom that has two double beds, a 55" Samsung Smart TV and has sliders that lead out to the balcony which can also be accessed through the living room.

The Windsor Place complex is located oceanfront in the famous Palmetto Dunes Plantation. It has two large oceanfront pools (heated seasonally) and hot tub as well as a large sundeck, poolside restrooms, showers and covered pavilion with gas grilling area. One pool is great for children with a graduated entry and mushroom shaped waterfall (opposite end of pool is 4` 6").

Windsor also has elevator access and a covered parking garage. This complex has privately owned villas located oceanfront with great views of the ocean, pool or lagoon from any floor.
