~CABIN DETAILS & AMENITIES~

Our cabin can easily accommodate THREE average-size families with five bedrooms, two living rooms, and 3000 square feet of living space. We are well-suited for elderly guests or anyone who may have difficulty with stairs. You can access the main level with no stairs to find the kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the main living room.

KITCHEN: The large kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc., along with all the appliances you will need for your vacation, including a dishwasher with detergent. We also provide an instant pot, slow cooker, Keurig, griddle, and waffle maker.

LAUNDRY: There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Detergent provided!

MAIN LIVING ROOM: The main living area is an open concept next to the kitchen, and the kitchen/dining area is on the first level. It is a large area with plenty of comfortable seating. The living room has a large 55” Roku Smart TV. **NOTE: BYO-streaming service, we do not offer cable TV**

LOWER-LEVEL LIVING ROOM & GAME ROOM: The lower level living room also has a 55” Roku Smart TV along with comfortable seating. We provide a classic PlayStation with games and foosball and ping pong tables! You have convenient access to the lower-level bathroom and kitchenette. **NOTE: BYO-streaming service, we do not offer cable TV**

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING AREAS
•Bedroom 1: second-floor MASTER bedroom has a KING size bed with a 32" Roku Smart TV, and a chair and ottoman to relax while taking in the beautiful mountain views through the large picture window. You have access to the master bathroom.
•Bedroom 2: first-floor bedroom has a QUEEN size bed with a TV.
•Bedroom 3: first-floor bedroom has a QUEEN size bed.
•Bedroom 4: lower-floor bedroom with one QUEEN size bed, one TWIN size bunk bed, and a 32” Roku Smart TV.
•Bedroom 5: lower-floor bedroom with one QUEEN size bed and one TWIN size bunk bed.
•Living room: lower-floor living room has a FULL size pull-out couch and a 55” Roku Smart TV with classic PlayStation.

BATHROOMS
•Bathroom 1: Located on the second-floor with the master bedroom features a large jetted tub and separate shower.
•Bathroom 2: Located on the first-floor next to Bedroom 2 with a tub and shower.
•Bathroom 3: Located on the lower-floor with a shower.

WIFI: Free high-speed whole-home Wi-Fi (250+ Mbps)! A whole-home mesh Wi-Fi network means you will have Wi-Fi coverage everywhere! You will have no issues streaming movies, and we have had great success working remotely while doing online school.

FIREPLACE: Gas fireplaces in the main and lower-level living rooms are available year-round!

ENTERTAINMENT: PlayStation classic with games, foosball table, ping pong table, fire pit for s’mores, Roku Smart TVs, high-speed internet, propane grill, games, and toys for kiddos. **NOTE: BYO-firewood**

OFFICE SPACE: We provide desk space and a B&W laser printer for any work that may need to be done while visiting our home. This space is located in the second-level loft. Internet is 250+ Mbps for video calls.

~ OUTDOOR AMENITIES ~

PORCH WITH HOT TUB & MOUNTAIN VIEWS: [Hot tub (7-person) Coming Oct 23rd, 2023] The porch is both covered and screened, so you can enjoy the breathtaking mountain views no matter the weather, and you will avoid pesky bugs! From the porch, you can see Pinnacle and Screamer Mountains. During the morning hours, you can see the beautiful sunrise over both gorgeous peaks. The newly added lower porch allows for more room to sit and enjoy the views with easy access from the lower level.

FIRE PIT WITH SWING & PICNIC TABLE: Warm up by a beautiful fire while relaxing on our swing and enjoying a s'more or meal at the 8-person picnic table! **NOTE: BYO-firewood**

PARKING: There is ample parking for as many as five (5) vehicles. All roads to our home are paved.

~ AREA ATTRACTIONS ~

We are 5 minutes from downtown Clayton with all of the shops and food it has to offer. A full-size Ingles grocery store is also 5 minutes away at the bottom of the mountain. Walmart and Home Depot are just 10 minutes away!

We are 20 minutes from Lake Burton and Lake Rabun, where you can find swimming along with boat and jetski rentals.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: waterfalls, hiking trails, local parks, stocked lakes & rivers for fishing, petting zoos, vineyards, breweries & distilleries, excellent restaurants & shopping (Tanger Outlet Mall one hour away), indoor & drive-in movie theaters, golf courses, escape rooms, water park, rafting & tubing, ziplines, mountain train rides, boat rentals, horseback riding, and snow skiing and tubing (during the winter season)!

~ RESTRICTIONS ~

Pets - we currently only allow dogs. Please message us with details for your dogs as we do have a pet fee and we are only allowed to host certain breeds - please provide the # of dogs (max. 2x dogs) and their breed. The pet fee is $75 per dog, non-refundable.
Dogs must be leashed when outside of our home. Also please be sure to pick up after your dog uses the bathroom to ensure everyone can enjoy our property.

No parties.

If you have excess trash that will not fit into the trash cans in the driveway, please review the details in the house manual or on the refrigerator where you can take extra trash bags.

Please ensure to accurately disclose the number of guests (both adults & children) staying at our property during your booking. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the listing limit of fourteen (14) to comply with local zoning ordinances. You will incur an additional fee of $75 per undisclosed guest to cover services, including but not limited to supplemental cleaning and trash removal if undisclosed guests are observed staying overnight on the property.

We do not allow reservation date modifications if your check-in date is within 15 days.
