Just ok
When we arrived at 250 (about an hour before check in) we knew we had some time to kill before we could get into the house. Interestingly, we pulled in at the same time that the cleaning crew came in which comprised of a carful of young adults/teens. They were in and out of the house in 45 minutes. The first thing we noticed was that the grass needed attention which is surprising in a community with an HOA.
When we got into the house, it was obvious that the "cleaning crew" didn't really do much cleaning. The sinks and tubs/showers were lined with the pink film which is bacteria. The beds in two of the rooms were broken and on an angle. The king bed in the upstairs suite was equivalent to sleeping on concrete it was THAT firm. The kitchen sink faucet was missing a button. The air conditioning didn't work right. Some of the rooms were freezing while others were boiling hot. One of the rooms the remote for the TV didn't work. We had an issue with the dishwasher leaking. When we called, one person said they would submit a work order which resulted in someone showing up to the property, coming into the house for 5 minutes to tell us it was a seal and then left. When it continued to leak, we called again and a second person showed up (again no notice) and said he didn't know what was wrong. We finally figured out it was the wrong type of detergent we were using but the person that conveyed that concern was not kind. None of the Railey staff that I spoke to were nice except TWO people (one was Debbie in customer experience) and the other was one of the gentleman that came to look at some of the issues in the house. When someone finally came to cut the grass, they were kind enough to let all of the grass clippings on our kayaks and the chairs surrounding the firepit. Didn't blow off any of it. For the amount of money we paid, I was disappointed in this property and the property management staff and would not stay here again.
