Your vacation destination awaits you here at Bear and Grin Inn! With stunning lakefront views, bright windows, and spacious rooms, this luxurious home provides the upmost level of comfort and will wrap you in warmth. Located in the Waterfront Greens community, this home gives you easy access to a canoe/kayak station, fishing pond, tennis courts, mini-golf, Par-3 golf, sledding hills and many other fun activities while still being only a short drive away from local attractions. Wake up feeling refreshed with a hot cup of coffee out on the screened-in porch, then take a brisk morning walk around the neighborhood. Regardless of the season there is plenty to do! During the colder months pack up your snow gear and hit the slopes for a day of skiing or snowboarding where there are trails for levels of experience. In the summer, rent a boat for the afternoon and go sailing across the lake. Then dock at one of the many nearby restaurants for a gourmet meal on the water! After an adventure-filled day, head home for an evening of relaxation. Start up the grill outside for a home cooked family dinner or relax those muscles in the warm bubbles of the hot tub. Finish the evening in front of the fireplace enjoying a movie together and sharing your favorite vacation memory!

ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake Access and Dock Slip are located down the path from the back of the home. Follow the path to a gazebo and the docks. It is a short 5 minute walk from the home to the dock. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

DISCLAIMERS:

AFTER BOOKING: An email will be sent to the address provided during check-out; please check for action items needed to secure your reservation. The subject of this email will start with "URGENT: Complete Your Booking For"... and may be in your Promotional/Marketing folders depending on your email provider and settings.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.
