Near Playa Guiones Villas Costa Bella is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to a variety of restaurants. This Studio unit comes with king-bed, private bathroom and patio. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee-maker, blender and toaster; perfect for preparation of a light breakfast and snacks. There is no stove or hotplate for cooking. The private patio has 2 chairs and small table that faces the pool area and rancho.

The Architectural Design of Villas Costa Bella is tropical contemporary. The style of construction fits beautifully into the natural surroundings of Playa Guiones. Villas Costa Bella is designed to maximize comfort in a tropical setting.

Amazing Property in N Guiones!

This villa was the perfect place for me to stay solo for five days before moving to a yoga retreat. So lovely and relaxing beautiful lush landscaping around the pool. I would definitely return.

Beautiful, Clean & Great Location

This property was amazing! The location is great. The property itself is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. They provide everything you need to cook a meal at the Vrbo and the cleaners come twice a week! A few blocks away from the beach, shops and restaurants! Reiner was very helpful and all the employees were wonderful! We will definitely be back!

The best!

This was our second stay, we stayed in the Studio which was perfect for my husband and myself for just a quick week away. We have previously stayed in the 2 bedroom and have already booked that again for 2 weeks in 2023. It’s paradise, quiet, clean and close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend Villa Costa Bella!!

The Perfect Place

Excellent location and experience. The host and property manager are very accommodating and even these good pictures don’t do justice to how nice it all is. The location is very walkable for surfing, walking to restaurants and “town”. I met great people in the other “casitas” and the pool is a respite. Very secure, safe and wonderful place to stay.

Quick Birthday Trip to Nosara

Some friends and I stayed at Villas Costa Bella during a quick birthday trip to Nosara/Playa Guiones. We had one of the villas and one of the studios. Everything was clean and the property manager makes it all a breeze. It’s a great location with easy access to guiones and pelada beaches, restaurants and stores (though you will have lots of road noise and monkey hollering - that’s just how it works around Nosara). The homes have all the basics and are newer and well-kept. The pool and community spaces are lovely and the facilities feel safe/secure. Really enjoyed our time there!
