Near Playa Guiones Villas Costa Bella is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to a variety of restaurants. This two-bedroom unit is equipped with a queen-bed in the master and 2 twins in the second bedroom which can be configured into a king. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The unit has 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and outdoor patio. Villas Costa Bella #1 is one of five units on the property. All units share the pool and the rancho which provides a BBQ and dining area. An Ideal accommodation for families.
Rate applies for 4 persons. Additional guests will be charged an additional $20.00 per guest per day.

Villas Costa Bella was a great option

The condo was clean, tidy and nicely landscaped. It was in a very walkable location with access to great restaurants, the beach, shopping and the yoga studio. My family enjoyed our stay in Guiones and would love to return.

Great stay!

We had such a great stay at Villas Costa Bellas! A quiet, beautiful property in walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We were glad to have a golf cart to transport groceries and surf boards. The property was very clean and safe and provided a wonderful base camp for our surf trip. We can't wait to come back!

Had a great stay at Casas Costa Bella. Incredible location and great property. Perfect for our small surfing family. The only thing that I would say could use improvement would be the master bedroom mattress gave me some discomfort but other than that we could have stayed forever. Perfect Home Base

Villa Costa Bella is located 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Also centrally located to the North and South areas of Playa Guiones. Restaurants, surf shops, etc, are all within easy walking distance of Costa Bella. The unit was very nice and exactly as advertised on site. Pool for post beach dip, and common area with grill are great features of the Villas. Reiner was very responsive to all requests and made sure it was a pleasant experience for our family. Would definitely stay here again on future trips to Playa Guiones.

Perfect location in Nosara

Well all the reviews were spot on. Perfect location in Nosara! Five minute walk to the beach, and close to cafes and downtown shopping area. The unit itself was perfect. We were in Villa 2 so 2 bedrooms/1 bath upstairs, full kitchen/living room and bathroom on main floor. Very large lanai with table and swinging lounge that was amazing. The foliage in the compound make every unit private. We played cards and had drinks in the common area and loved the pool! The property felt very safe with a locked gate and guard that walked the area at nights. Will definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Get Away

Villas Costa Bella was the perfect location for our stay in Nosara. It was conveniently located to all activities. The pool and gazebo were lovely. The property was immaculate. I wouldn’t change a thing about our experience there.
