Near Playa Guiones Villas Costa Bella is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to a variety of restaurants. This two-bedroom unit is equipped with a queen-bed in the master and 2 twins in the second bedroom which can be configured into a king. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The unit has 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and outdoor patio. Villas Costa Bella #2 is one of five units on the property. All units share the pool and the rancho which provides a BBQ and dining area. An Ideal accommodation for families.

The Architectural Design of Villas Costa Bella is tropical contemporary. The style of construction fits beautifully into the natural surroundings of Playa Guiones. Villas Costa Bella is designed to maximize comfort in a tropical setting.

Relaxing and quaint

Excellent location, relaxing and perfect for families wanting some personal space! Loved the pool and the private grounds. Loved hearing the howler monkeys at night and short walk to the beach!

Great location in the heart of Nosara

This property was very nice. I especially liked the front patio that was shaded and private as well as the salt water pool. Very convenient access to beach, restaurants and surf shop.

great location, family time

We rented 2 of the units for 2 families of 4. It was perfect! It was well located, an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We had a great trip and hope to be back!

Exactly what we needed

This property was perfect for us during our stay in Nosara. Great layout, full kitchen was so helpful, clean and comfortable. Loved the little pool, perfect for cooling off after a short walk from the beach. Great location to shops and restaurants. Only bummer was a lot of construction noise going on, but that will finish eventually. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Villa

Short walk to restaurants and beach trail. Far enough away from the noisy epicenter of Guiones. Super clean and well furnished. Flawless wifi and responsive manager. Perfect for my wife and me and our three daughters.

Great extended stay

We stayed at the 2 bedroom villas Costa bella house for 3+ weeks. It was a really pleasant stay and had pretty much everything we needed. The property manager and housekeeper were both very helpful and friendly. Great location! The bar across the street was loud 1 night a week, but they stopped the music by 10:30 or so, so we didn't think it was a big deal.

Amazing stay in Playa Guiones

Absolutely loved our stay at Villas Costa Bella. The location was perfect and provided easy beach access, walking distance to amazing restaurants and just the vibe we were looking for. Our 6 year old loved the pool and being woken up by monkeys nearly every morning. The patio was the perfect place to relax early in the morning or after a long day at the beach. Thank you to the amazing staff who made our experience safe, clean, and incredibly enjoyable.

Great Place!

Wonderful experience! Owner was very quick in response and communication in booking. Connected us with onsite property manager Reiner who was also great and easy to communicate with and very responsive. The property was beautiful! The landscaping allows for privacy even with close proximity to other villas. Villas were spotless and exactly as seen in listing. Fabulous location, easy walk to almost everything.

Ideal location in Playa Guiones

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. We booked last minute (our original plans fell thru upon arrival) and Susan saved the day. She was quick, responsive, and very accommodating. We loved the property... five cute villas and a pool in a gated area in the middle of Guiones. Feels very secluded and private, yet you are still in the middle of town. We walked everywhere... the beach, restaurants, surf lessons, etc. It's a hidden gem and we can't wait to come back!

Great in so many ways!

From initial and immediate communication, through support us as we made our plans, to greeting and helping us settle in on arrival, the team at Villas Costa Bella was top class! The location was close enough to the beach and Guiones central activities to be easy, but just far enough removed to be wonderfully quiet at night. Villa 2 was ideal for three 40+ responsible guys on a bucket list surf trip. Can’t wait to come back with wives and kids.

Great Location

While we envisioned the property a bit differently, it was still quite pleasant and served our needs very well. A/C was great. Shared pool, parking, security, location, etc. were really ideal for our activities and wishes. I believe the issue of no hot water upstairs (it was actually pleasantly cool) was resolved, but the downstairs shower had plenty of hot water so it really wasn't an issue for us.

A Gem

This place is amazing and a true gem. The team that takes care of the property is amazing and very helpful. Safety and guest satisfaction is their number one priority and it shows. The condo is spacious and comes with everything you need (and then some). Our girls loved the pool and I loved sitting on the patio in the mornings with my coffee and laptop. The location cannot be beat. It is within a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the beautiful beach. We would love to come back and stay again!

Unbelievable!!!!

Everything about Villa Costa Bella is just what you need for your vacation. The property is listed exactly as it is. Susan is communicative and responsive. She will send you an entire packet ahead of time with info. The staff that work for the property are some of the nicest and hard working people. Extremely safe, someone is at the property almost 24/7. There’s a safe if you need to bring computer to work. Use all of the suggestions for transportation (Randall- private van), fishing (Fishing Nosara) rental for golf cart and soda restaurants in the area! The location is 5 min from everything! We will be back!
