Located just one house back from the beach, this location provides excellent beach access while also conserving a bit of privacy by not being right on the beach. There is one house between this property and the beach, but the rest of the land is empty lots. I chose this location specifically because OV August provides spectacular Ocean Views without making you feel like everyone on the beach is staring into your home. The perfect spot!

BEACH DOG RULES: Dogs are allowed on the beach on-leash during the offseason. Through the summer, specifically the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day, dogs are not allowed on the beach between the hours of 10am - 6pm.

But August is more than a month-- 'August' is also a word! It is an adjective, defined by the Merriam-Webster dictionary as: "marked by majestic dignity or grandeur". This is the word that comes to mind when I seek to describe this house! The house is enormous. Viewing the house from the street (or from the beach!), it inspires a sense of wonder, of splendor, of grandeur in the heart of the onlooker. Entering the home, the spacious open concept design gives off a feeling of grandness. The detailed design and furnishings throughout the home instill a sense of confidence in everyone who enters. But the most striking bit of all, the real majesty that makes 'August' the most apropos name for this house, is the striking views! The 2nd floor living room is the highlight of the house. With 7 spacious couch seats, 8 seats at the dining table, 4 bar stools, and 4 stools at the high table in the kitchen, there is plenty of room for your whole party to gather together here. The north facing wall is lined with glass to fill the room with healing natural light and an awe-inspiring view of the splendid sea! But don't leave without letting every single person in your group go up to the master bedroom on the 3rd floor to enjoy the truly AUGUST view from up there!
