The hot tub is managed by the Seacrest building management, and we did report the issue to the appropriate team so it could be addressed. We’re glad we were able to assist with the door code issue during your stay. The pantry mentioned in the review is an owner’s closet used for personal items and is not intended for guest access. We also would have been happy to provide a broom or vacuum had we known one was needed during your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the lighting and curtains as well and have shared these concerns with our team for review.
