Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.

We do ask that within the first 24 hours of your arrival to your home, if you find anything that needs the services of our housekeeping staff members or our maintenance team members that you notify us here at the office directly. We like to ensure that everything during your stay with us is held to high standards, so if anything unforeseen does arise, we want to quickly dispatch the right people as soon as possible! We absolutely love beach reunion stay! There was 15 in my family and it was the perfect size! We all had our own space when needed. We were only a mile from the beach and the golf cart was the perfect transport! The pool was perfect as well! We can’t wait to go back! The host were amazing and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything! Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

Absolutely one of the cleanest and most complete properties we have stayed at to date! Everything that you needed was there! The team at Beach Reunion was literally available 24/7 to answer any questions or respond to even the smallest issue! Wish there were more than 5 stars to give, because this one is a 10!

We loved our stay at Southbound! Honestly can’t think of one negative part. The home was spacious & beautiful! It had everything you could need. Outdoor seating area & pool were fantastic. Using the golf cart to get to the beach made it super easy and convenient. Any questions we had were addressed very quickly. Would definitely recommend this property & would love to stay here again!

Southbound is the perfect house for a group vacation! The high ceilings and beautiful kitchen amaze you as you walk in. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds, TV's, and cool beach decor. We sat in the hot tub everyday while kids played in the pool. Both were heated. The electric 6 seat golf cart ensured we were riding in style. The entire house was clean and felt like our home away from home. The Destiny East amenities added an extra layer of comfort knowing the kids could bike, play, and explore all without us leaving the neighborhood. You can't go wrong staying at Southbound.

This was the most beautiful and well stocked home we have ever stayed in. The pool was clean and seating around the pool was plentiful. The bunkroom/game room provided hours of entertainment when storms prevented outside activities. Our host was great quick to answer any questions.

Greatest Vacation Yet

Our extended family all met in Destin. The house was extremely spacious and we were able to have privacy yet all get together in the kitchen and living areas. We did a lot of cooking and in house entertaining. Everyone agreed a great time was had by all.

March extended family get-together

Premier home in a lovely quiet gated neighborhood with access to a nice community pool, workout room and courts. Short drive in the street-legal electric 6 passenger cart to the beaches and restaurants. Large swimming pool with lots of outdoor seating. We enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful property, nice pool.

Family loved this house, although the coffee maker did not work, and wifi/tv did not work on the final day of our stay. Wrist bands are required for the amenities, but we were only given 4 wrist bands for a group of 17. We loved this place so much we would stay here again anyway.

Destin hideaway

We loved the house & pool. We had 8 adults and 7 kids who loved this house. It is in a gated community that is very safe. The golf cart could take up to 9 people to the beach, dinner, or to get ice cream. The host were extremely responsive, we had two minor issues that were addressed within a few hours. Highly recommended this property - it was probably the nicest our family has ever stayed in.

Absolutely beautiful property, our first time staying in a home as opposed to a condo as our family grows. The house is gorgeous and honestly could have stayed there and skipped the beach there was so much to do. Well maintained property especially the kitchen we planned to go out to dinner but instead opted to cook, and enjoy the pool. The kitchen ammenties had top notch ammenties and everything we needed. Love the big center island! Wish I could have stayed longer. Beach Reunion responded to all my questions almost immediately. So glad I opted for a home with pool as with a 17th month old it made it hard to stay on the beach all day. It was so peaceful and relaxing I think I may have actually convinced my husband that we need a pool!

Great location!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property with our large family. Communication was great. The home was clean. Two dishwashers and 2 refrigerators were great to have. Thanks for the free use of the golf cart. We rented 3 bikes that were enjoyed as well. My only suggestion would be to powerwash the patio cushions and replace the outside dining chairs. They are rusted and dangerous for little ones with sharp, rusty edges. The grill needs replaced as well. The baffels are rusted through and there is a large hole in the bottom. Overall we were very pleased. The pool was amazing and the landscaping is beautiful!

Not so perfect getaway

Beautiful home, great pool! However, upon arrival, the bathrooms weren't very clean and the house had some cobwebs. The outdoor grill was never cleaned after prior visitors and the pool was also dirty. The outside furniture could really be replaced as we had some chairs that weren't very safe and cushions were gross. We were supposed to have a golfcart to use, but it was broken. When we contacted mamagment they were quick to respond. For the amount we paid to stay at this rental, we shouldnt have had any of these issues.

A great week in Destin

We loved the house and the pool. In our 17 or so years of doing family get-togethers this house and pool combination is the best we have ever rented and both were in great condition. We haf a wide range of ages. married and not married couples, so the different multiple bedroom arrangements made it very easy to make sure all had suitable accommodations. The pool was perfect, large enough to actually swim but with multiple depths so everyone could use it comfortably and safely at the same time. Only real drawback was our ability to get everyone to and back from the beach. It wasn't far but it did require number of trips even with the 6 person cart provided. Kitchen facilities were more than adequate and we could seat our 13 people easily. The house is large so we never seemed to be crowded and the outside TV/lounge area and multiple chairs and lounge chairs around the pool also allowed all to be together without being over crowded.

Overall the stay was wonderful with only a couple of hitches. When we arrived, later than check in, the cleaning crew was still there and seemed to be walking around on their phone. There were some dirty linens left behind. However, Beach Reunion was super responsive with every question or concern.

Great family beach house

We had 15 people staying at this property and it was perfect! Mostly king beds fit our family well since we have mostly adult couples. The community is nice and quiet and the little ones could ride their ride on toys with very little traffic. The pool was huge and had plenty of seating available. The multiple fridges served our large family well. The golf cart made getting to the beach access easy. The only downside is the front door doesn’t lock on the inside and our youngest could easily open and run out. But all and all, would stay there again!

This rental was a great place for a big family. We had so much fun in the pool, the home was close to the beach, the golf cart was an awesome bonus, and the whole gated community was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this home. The only issues( just little inconveniences really)were the following: 1. Not enough towels and wash clothes to accommodate 20 people for a whole week. We had to wash towels almost every day. 2. We checked in on Saturday and the golf cart stopped working on Wednesday. We didn't receive a replacement. It wasn't a huge deal but the golf cart made it very convenient to travel to and from the beach.

Nice family home for Big group

This is a very nice home with great amenities. I’m super picky with cleanliness so there are places that could have been cleaned better but being such a big house, could be easy to miss some things. The second master suite’s bathroom on the first floor is super tiny and not cut out for two people but doable. Overall super convenient location in very nice neighborhood. Bring your own pool towels because they only have bath towels.

Perfect Getaway

Southbound was the perfect getaway for our large family group. We felt secure in the beautiful gated community and it was just a short ride to the white sand beach in the 6 passenger golf cart! Great gathering spots are found outside around the pool too! We had super quick responses to any inquiries while at the property and that was really nice.

Very pleased

The home is even more spacious and beautiful in person! The house was ready earlier than expected and check in was so easy. Our crew made good use of the pool and the golf cart was nice to have. We would definitely book again!

We are a boutique business with vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Florida. We also have a coastal collection of smaller homes and a group of gulf front condos.
Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Destiny by the Sea, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Dr.
Our collection of large homes feature beautiful swimming pools, summer kitchens, media rooms, custom bunk rooms and king suites with private bathrooms. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning.
In 2018, we entertained over 15,000 guests in our 40 properties and over 100 weddings. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for five to ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties.
