We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Electricity is charged separately, exactly as clearly stated in our rental agreement. The electricity meter is read at check-in and check-out, ensuring complete transparency regarding consumption and costs. The house offers six pool loungers. As your reservation was for two guests, two loungers were prepared with cushions before your arrival as an additional courtesy. The remaining high-quality cushions are stored in the garage to protect them from the weather and are available for guests to use at any time. The hot water system was fully operational throughout your stay. As in many homes, the water heater is located in the garage, so it may take a short time for hot water to reach the taps and showers. This is a normal characteristic of the plumbing system and not a malfunction. No technical issues with the hot water or water pressure were identified before, during, or after your stay, and no concerns regarding either were reported to us during your visit. Had we been contacted, our local property manager would have been happy to assist immediately. We are committed to providing a well-maintained home and attentive service.
