L'Egérie - Magnifique appartement haut de gamme

Situated 2 minutes from Vieux-Lyon metro station, a few steps from the Saône river and 5 mn walk to place Bellecour, this classy 140m² apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator, in a great standing building.

It comes with an amazing 70 sq living room, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, and two amazing calm bedrooms both offering a king size bed and a modern bathroom with an Italian shower.
Next to the living room, you will enjoy a nice long balcony overlooking the street.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are included.

You will be given the keys on appointment by a specific Memorable Place agent at the property. Kindly consider a minimum 1 hour delay based on our agent's planning between booking and checkin.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

IMPORTANT : during periods of the year with higher risks of non authorised parties with potential damages (New Year's eve, Halloween, National Holiday...), an exceptional 3000€ credit card deposit will be requested prior to your stay (Airbnb reservations included). There will be no possibility to have access to the apartment if the deposit wasn't paid before the stay begins. Thanks for your understanding.

In the case of a late checkin (after 8PM), supplementary fees will apply and will have to be paid to the person meeting you at our apartment.
From 8PM to 10PM : 20€
From 10PM to midnight : 30€
After midnight : 40€

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18€ for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
