SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

The schedule and phases are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. Please reach out with any questions or for updates about the specific villa you are interested in. (Tip: The first digit of your villa number corresponds to your building.)

Also, strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures.

Personally hand-crafted by Robert Graves, Sr., a pioneer and one of the first developers on Hilton Head Island, you are assured of the ultimate in decor, comfort, convenience and location. He has left a lasting impression on the Lowcountry landscape, and his villas are a tribute to his vision for Hilton Head. Take part in his passion by enjoying the large open spaces with superb views, natural light filtering in, and all the amenities you need. The fitness center and outdoor hot tub are now open!

The fully-equipped kitchens in these combined villas are perfect for creating an epicurean masterpiece or fixing a picnic lunch to enjoy at the beach. Smell that coffee brewing in the morning and take a cup with you for a morning stroll along the shore with the cool ocean waters tickling your toes. Breathe in the fresh sea air. Perhaps you'll enjoy a hearty breakfast when you return, or sit at the dining table to map out your island adventures for your stay. Be sure to fit in some pool time as you are just steps away from the indoor pool, outdoor pools (only heated in March and April) and hot tub!

Maybe biking around Hilton Head is on your list, outdoor adventures like ziplining, parasailing, trying out the many dining options or shopping in the unique boutiques nearby. Get a beach volleyball game together with your guests. Set up your lounge chair on the beach and enjoy a good book. There is so much to do here that you will certainly want to return.

At day's end, how wonderful to come back to your combined villas where you can enjoy a game or movie night in the large living area, and don't forget the popcorn. Maybe you're in the mood for some stargazing on the beach. Sitting on the warm sand, listening to the ocean lapping against the shore while you watch the stars shine like diamonds on the water is one of the most pleasant beach experiences. Finish off the night with a midnight supper before calling it a day and drifting off to dreamland for a restful night's sleep in one of the many comfy beds.
