This place was amazing. Great location for restaurants and bars. Just a quick trip over the bridge to Sand Key park for a really nice beach that wasn't as crowded as in town. The townhouse had everything we needed and more and the hot tub was a wonderful treat on the couple chilly nights we had. Thank you Captain Al - we'll be back again next spring!

Great location

Great location, short, walk to get to the trolley and go up and down the boulevard. The house is beautiful right on the bay good water views.

Host captain Al was very quick with response and helpful. House needs a little bit of an upgrade. Sometimes less is more and the unit is very cluttered. The outdoor patio area would be an excellent space if it wasn’t for the jungle of plants everywhere. Inside is the same with cabinets and drawers filled with random stuff. It could be a very nice unit with a little modernization. The feel is very old and outdated. The upstairs beds weren’t great to sleep on. The downstairs Murphy bed was comfy. Overall it was a decent place just very old and outdated and in a great quiet area. If it was updated I’d stay again.

Dear William We are sorry to hear our Waterfront Townhouse did not meet your lofty expectations. Appreciate your kind words about how your Host was very quick with response and helpful As for needs a little upgrade, I might mention that everything is new since the hurricane including the marble top kitchen with high end Professional series appliance, hurricane windows and doors, new murphy bed. As far as modernization well its painted light gray and the new real marble shower is gray. Happy to hear the new Murphy wall bed was comfy although the other Termperpedic adjustable beds have been reported very comfortable by other guests. Sorry you did not enjoy the tropical courtyard with hot tub. Me thinks you just a bit to0 supercillious Happy Travels Capt AL

Great Getaway

Walking distance to the beach and shops and food. The view was great and it was a calm and peaceful getaway for the whole family. Minutes drive over the bridge to Sand Key beach, which we found was the best one for us.

We enjoyed the comfortable, quiet & nicely decorated condo near Clearwater Beach. The view of the waterway was awesome. Just a short drive to a beautiful beach at Sand Key & a short walk to shops & restaurants.

Awesome location everything within walking distance

We enjoyed all the amenities at our place. Beautiful patio on the water large kitchen and living room. Capt Al was an amazing host. This is my 2nd time booking with Vrbo and both times great experience.
