About The Location

If you want to be in the middle of all Hilton Head has to offer look no further. This villa is in the lovely South Forest Beach area on the south end of Hilton Head. Paradise in Hilton Head

This was my family’s first time to Hilton Head! Everything about our stay was top notch! The close proximity to the beach, pool, shopping and all other amenities can’t be beat. The only thing missing was extra toilet paper. We did go out and purchase some. Regardless we will be back!! Thank you!!

Nice Place

We had a great stay and enjoyed our accommodations very much! It was modern, clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the pool and beach and we enjoyed the food and drinks from the pool-side bar.

Nice location, room for improvement on cleaning

The Hilton amenities and beach access makes this rental worth it. The cleaning done prior to our stay was not great at all. There was a 1/2 eaten bag of chips under one bed, an open drink under the couch, and the shower curtain was so filthy that we had all 5 guests use one shower. We actually went and bought blankets because the comforters on the beds were dirty and there were no back-up blankets in the villa. The appliances were all very clean and appeared new. The bedrooms were both nice and comfortable. The beach, pool and Hilton grounds were lovely and made the vacation great. Overall, we had a great time, but I would definitely recommend improving on the cleaning and maintenance done prior to each guest's arrival.

The pictures make the condo look much bigger than it actually is. It is very small. But very beautiful and kept nice. The shower is gorgeous but leaks out water under the door. Water falling over the floor used all our towels on it. Need quarters for washer and dryer, which is totally fine just wish we knew ahead of time. Wonderful location, couldn’t ask for a better location. No salt and pepper for food, and no pantry space if you get groceries. Just tiny things like that. But if you don’t have kids and don’t need groceries it’s a ten out of ten.

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I loved our stay at the condo. It was clean and included everything we needed. Loved the beach/pool access. It is close to great restaurants and shops. Enjoyed running at Sea Pines Forest Preserve just down the road. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Visit

Ideal location to shops, beach, pools, food…we rarely needed our car. The oceanview description is a tiny spot leaning off the balcony you can see water through trees, just something to know in advance. It was a perfect space, clean, comfortable and quiet.

It was a beautiful place and right on the beach. The pool is very nice and where we spent most of our time. The owners were very responsive when we needed them. Even when we got in at 10pm.

Great location

Property in great location right next to Ocean Oaks and near the beach. Also amenities at Ocean Oaks could be used by guests staying in this unit. That is if you have the card key and bands that are supposed to be in unit. Our card key was missing but owner did get one to us within a few hours. Unit is small but in pretty good shape but not kept up very well. Light over stove was out as well as light over kitchen sink. Also bulb out in wall lamp in master. A/C did not work properly but owner was very good about getting that taken care of the same day I let him know about it. Mop and cleaning supplies were sitting in small bedroom behind door which not only took up precious space in this tiny bedroom but not nice to see every time the door was closed. We moved them out but still had to see them since there was nowhere to put them. I would still recommend this unit because of location and being able to use amenities next door.

Great VRBO with some small snaggles

Great VRBO. Location fantastic. Beach and pool fantastic. Pool grill bar great and friendly staff. Did feel like we were outsiders to HVC even though we were able to use ammenties. Denied Bingo one night. Condo itself was clean but small as expected. Improvements needed: sleeps 6 but only really accomodates for 4 (provide dish setting for at least 6 as well as toilet paper). Do have to agree that the couches/chairs are dirty but provided with a set of sheets we covered with. Coffee pot broken (valve that pulls pot out without it continuing to pour out broken). Despite this would stay here again.

Great Location, Room for Improvement

This unit's main selling point is its location with access to the Hilton Ocean Oak's pool which is one of the newer/nicer pool complexes on HHI. The beach is just a few steps away and it's within a <1 mile walk from the Coligny area. A couple bike rental operations right across the street was convenient as was check-in and parking. If you can't snag a unit at Ocean Oak, a rental in this complex is a great option for families looking for a central place to stay on the island.

Overall good condo, attention needed in areas

Overall we had a great stay! The location of the condo complex was great. The resort itself had everything! We really enjoyed the pool and beach! Our 5 year old son loved the pool- it was the perfect depth and great tanning areas for our teenage daughter! The grill by the pool was so awesome! The location was perfect to get to many great shops and restaurants and walking on the beach. The actual condo could use some attention- the living room furniture was absolutely disgusting- to the point we didn’t even sit on it. Completely stained and dirty. The patio area didn’t look like it’s been maintained in a long time. It doesn’t have a view at all- except to the next door condos/parking lot. The kitchen was decently equipped- but no toaster?! The bedrooms and bathrooms were great/ good thing or we probably would have found an alternative option! I would not recommend staying here unless they update the living room furniture. It was a big big turn off- I have a heavy social media following and many asked for the link but unfortunately I wasn’t comfortable sharing due to the condition of the furniture gross!

My wife and I went with another couple, the room was good size for us and the beds were comfortable, we didn’t spend much time in the room, only when we slept. The location is great, everything is in walking distance, the pool, beach, along with so many good restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

resort and private- perfection of both worlds

Thank you for the wonderful accomodations, we really enjoyed our stay. The resort,beach, and property are completely intergrated and easy to access. Resort service is minimal due to the low staffing everyone is dealing with, but do a nice job, and keep things clean and orderly. Pools are fun, Hot tubs had some low temp troubles, but were addressed when communicated to the staff very quickly. The little villages all around are adorable and the opportunities for shopping walks and new cuisine were endless. Even got to catch a Jazz dinner show on easter day! Thank you for having us!
