*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

This home is located in the very popular Summit Beach Resort, which is just a stone's throw from everything fun. The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk from your door! Head half a mile east to find several family-friendly opportunities for fun such as Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, WonderWorks Panama City Beach, and Race City!
