Kelly, thank you for your very nice words in review of your experience with me. I am sorry this response is so late, yet you should know that I greatly appreciate your words that will help other guests. I hope to see you again!

Thank you so much for your review! You were wonderful guests and I hope to host you again. Be Well. Be Happy!

Thank you Peter for you lovely review. I am so happy you had a relaxing and fun time!

Jen, thank you for your 5 Star review. I hope to see you in the future!

Hello Chelsea, Thank you for your wonderful review! I found something after you checked out, will take a picture and send it to you if you like. 😉 Be well and happy until we connect again! Ran

I welcome guests who would enjoy my lovely, spacious and immaculate vacation home.

Kathy, please tell your hubby that I discovered that the A/C was somehow moved to "Temporary Hold". I plan to check with the HVAC people to find out if that would cause a delay in it kicking on. I always set it on "Hold" and it was changed. I am having no problem since I got home. Many blessings to you all!

Steve and party, Thank you for your 5 star review.

Thank you Erin, I am happy you enjoyed your stay. I hope to host you again.

I would host you again Dawn. Very nice family. Congratulations on the graduation!

Thank you Randolph. I welcome you back in the future.

Kathy, what a wonderful review. Thank you and we hope to host you again soon. Many blessings to you and your family!💜

Hello Jon, Please forgive me for not responding earlier. Y'all were wonderful guests. Thank you for the 5 star review. Go Cougs.

Kevin, thank you so much for your review. I apologize for my late review. I have elderly, ill parents to assist in their home across the country. My housecleaner gave you a five star rating, therefore, so do I. You are precisely the type of guests I like hosting. Have a Joyful year and come back and see us anytime!

Hello Shauneen, Thank you for your review. For some reason that I don't know I just saw it, hence the late reply. So happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Happy and Healthy 2022! RandyLynn

Naomi, if you do come to Pullman again I hope you book my home! Be Well! Until next time. Ran

Jeffrey, Thank you for your 5 star review and nice comments. You were wonderful guests. I'd love to welcome you back in the future. Be Well, Ran

As you and VRBO know, the rating I gave below is inaccurate, but VRBO would not allow me to fix my mistake. I am happy that you gave me a 5/5 star rating and said it was "Property very nice. Very comfortable". I hope you appreciated the padded toilet seats. You didn't see the coffee maker on the counter next to the toaster, blender, electric hot water pot and toaster oven? I welcome you back!

Hello Kathleen, Thank you for your perspective. Telling me ahead of time about any mobility issues I would have explained, and did send pictures the week of your visit, of the slight incline to access your private entrance, then you could have selected another location. Happy New Year! Ran

My guests are left with many more pieces of equipment than most guests. If a particular pot was needed and the need was communicated I would have given you access immediately. As I went out of my way to accommodate a three hour earlier check in time. The soap is what came from the store.

Angela and her party were wonderful guests during their stay, and left the house very nice. Communication was mostly good. I would host them again if they would please read and follow the house rules about garbage, etc. better. I post them on the entry area for easy access. They left six (6) 13 gallon trash bags of garbage, which I don't have a limit on. I did wonder if garbage had been brought in from another location. The recycle house rules are very clear to meet county requirements. I spent 45 minutes going through the trash to meet county requirements. The 16 x 16 red brick steps are placed carefully close together for easy access on a slightly steep incline, and so the guest isn't walking on the pebble and grass areas. Much better than I have experienced when booking other properties. Go Cougs at whatever bowl game!

Theresa, Thank you for your response. It is explained in my description that my son and I are downstairs. There was a locked door that your children unlocked. Because you misunderstood this and didn’t rate all the wonderful features of your private, large space we probably agree that you can find another place next time you are in our area.
