Bring the whole family to this cozy cottage on Paradise Creek! Comfortably sleeps 7 in three bedrooms: King master bedroom, Queen room, and bunk room with Queen on the bottom and Full-XL on top. Enjoy a stocked kitchen with French press & Keurig, smart TV with fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and A/C. Outside, the private yard offers a treehouse, play gear, patio BBQ, and year-round gas fire pit. Quiet duplex - no shared walls, 2 off-street spots, and only 5 minutes to downtown Moscow and the U of I!

Bedrooms & Sleeping

Primary bedroom: King bed with hotel-quality linens and room to set up a travel crib.
Second bedroom: Queen bed, reading lamps, closet storage.
Bunk room: Custom bunk with a Queen bottom and Full-XL top—sturdy enough for adults and perfect for kids.
Sleeps up to 7 guests without anyone on a sofa.

Kitchen & Dining
- Fully outfitted kitchen: cookware, mixing bowls, basic utensils, French press (with beans and grinder) + Keurig with complimentary pods
- Full-size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, and essentials such as cooking oil, salt, and pepper.
- Indoor dining table seats 6 comfortably and doubles as a great workspace.

Living & Tech
- Open living area with comfortable seating and a smart TV ready for your streaming log-ins.
- Fast Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the home for work calls, streaming, or online classes.
- Mini-split heating and air-conditioning keeps every season comfortable.
- Washer and dryer in-unit with starter detergent - pack lighter and wash as you go.

- This is a residential street; you’ll enjoy a calm setting only five minutes’ drive (about 1.5 mi) from downtown Moscow and the University of Idaho.
- Smart-lock entry mean you can self-check-in anytime after 3 p.m.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage and the private backyard. Enjoy the patio with BBQ, Adirondack chairs, picnic table, gas fire pit, treehouse and play equipment. Enter through your own front door; no indoor spaces are shared with the neighbouring unit :)

- Creek safety: Paradise Creek borders the yard. Please supervise children when they’re near the water.
- Treehouse & play gear: Enjoy the play equipment, but only with adult supervision and at your own risk; the hosts/owner are not liable for injuries resulting from its use.
