The apartment is located in the heart of a lush, flowery garden, 50 meters from the beach. It is fully air-conditioned and is located in Pinarello, on the ground floor of a luxury residence close to the restaurants and shops of the marine village.
The residence is modern with high-end amenities. The apartment is functionally furnished and offers a surface area of ​​77 m². It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. The host appreciates that you take care of their apartment.
A large 32 m² terrace with a plancha/grill, overlooking the garden, pleasantly completes this apartment. Garden furniture and sun loungers are available.

The two bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The first has a queen-size bed (a baby crib and its amenities are available in the closet) with a private bathroom including a walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined or separated, and has a bathroom with a bathtub. A walk-in closet is located in each bedroom.
The open-plan kitchen is functional and fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, and dryer. The dining room is an extension of the kitchen, with a table and six chairs for dining.
