Just enough of what you need for small families

Having a pool and being beachfront were our priorities - and this property checked that off our list! Perks to the unit were built-in water filter, Updated Washer/Dryer, Black-out curtains in Master, Bike and Beach Gear credit! The location is GREAT - Tucked away just enough but, balcony views of the ocean are a rare find on HHI. Unit shows a bit of it's age, owners have updated recent-ish the Kitchen/Bath, Floors (easy to keep clean during your visit) Some items original to Buildings age to be expected - Overall the location and need for our Family was met.

The views!!!!!! From every window! Wow! Very convenient to the beach. Beautiful views from every window! Easy to access all amenities, bike paths, parking lot. I felt very safe! The tide comes way up on the beach here but the beach is firm and the sand isn’t very hot. The condo is a rental so of course, it could be updated with the pillows and bathrooms, but it was clean and we liked it! I would rent it again! Great first trip to HHI!

Fabulous views, comfortable and convenient place

We loved the location of this condo. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but still convenient to anything you need. The living room furniture is new and attractive. We needed a recliner and that’s the main reason I chose this unit. There are great views from all three bedrooms and in the living/dining area. The building is 1980s era. There is a loading zone and ramp that goes to the 1st floor elevator. There are shopping carts and hotel style carts for move-in and move-out. The pool area is very nice - big pool with clearly marked shallower and deeper areas, plus a kiddie pool. Plenty of lounge chairs and regular chairs, and nice lattice covered areas for some shade. The walkway out to the beach is in good shape and there are clever woven, wide runners from the walkway out to the beach which were brilliant. The condo is set well back from the beach so you have a lovely deep area of dunes and sea oats. The beach has chairs and umbrellas for rent and because this condo is right next to a public access parking lot, there is a lifeguard on duty from 10-4. There were plenty of bath towels and plenty of beach towels were provided. The kitchen was small and a little awkward for cooking - the dishwasher blocks a cabinet and drawer from opening but it wasn’t a problem. Plenty of glasses, mugs, dishes, and silverware. The washer and dryer are full size and worked fine. The bedding is newer and nice looking. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Great location and view Very dated and in need of deep clean, paint and updating. Virtually no amenities in the apartment for even the first night- no dish soap, laundry detergent (even though you are asked to wash the towels before departure)- no sugar, no coffee, no coffee filters, etc. having rented dozens of apartments- these are small things that are expected. Particularly at this price point.

This listing is on the top floor, the corner. And offers fantastic views of the ocean from every room. Excellent check in system. Excellent unloading and unloading system. Easy parking.High-quality Wi-Fi. Safe place to put the bikes. Extremely happy with this place. Downsides not much. Elevator is a little Wonky But would happily stay here again and again.
