Sterling Shores Resort offers two fabulous pools, one is a huge 4300 square foot Lagoon style Resort Pool with a large Mushroom Spray Fountain; the other is a Gulf-front Pool in our Private Beach Club, this Pool is seasonally heated, has restroom facilities and a seasonal refreshment/snack bar. Also onsite is an impressive 24-hour Fitness Workout Facility, Community BBQ grills (natural gas fueled), with Picnic Tables to the side of the lagoon pool.

Need more room? There is an adjoining studio with a king size bed that can be booked in addition to this listing. The joining door is always locked for your privacy.

The kitchen is perfect for the chef in your family and once dinner is made, everyone can enjoy it together at our spacious dinner table which seats 8. Additional seats may be found at the bar as well! The living room has a large sectional, perfect for two to nap, or housing the whole gang to watch the big game on our large Smart TV, or sit back to beautiful Gulf backdrop and daydream! Sliding glass doors lead from the living space to a large balcony with a lounging area for all. This is the perfect place to enjoy conversations with friends and family, a cup of coffee or a meal! There is nothing better than watching the sun go down after a long day at the beach, with a tea in one hand and a friend by your side.

The master suite is complete with a beautiful king bed, ample storage, a large Smart TV with Cable and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a King bed and built-in twin over twin bunk bed, a bathroom and a TV for entertainment. We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience!

We feature Smart TV's throughout this home. Simply log into your favorite app to catch up on shows, movies and more! The living room and master bedroom TV's have cable as well.

Sterling Shores has fabulous amenities. The pool closest to the condo is a huge, curvy, zero entry pool with a large mushroom waterfall. By the pool are the community BBQ grills, with outside dining tables and chairs. We also have a well stocked onsite fitness center. On our private deeded beach, we have a good size salt water pool, community bathrooms and a shaded lounge area.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
