Make some beach memories with your family at this stylish place with a pool view. This one, bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor at the desirable Sterling Shores is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo door to Destin's white sandy beach. The condo was just painted, all new appliances, with new furniture and amenities and professionally decorated in 2023.

This second floor unit is family friendly- no need to wait on the elevator if you don’t want to. Because we are a family listing, we have a strict rental age policy and require individuals age 25 or older to be present at all times.

Enjoy a resort feel with access to TWO pools! There is a large lagoon style pool at the condo building and a second beach front pool with a snack bar, bathrooms and beach access.

There is also a fitness center on the same floor as the unit!

The master suite features a king sized bed, closet, and smart tv.

The stylish living room has a sleeper sofa, comfy chairs and a large smart tv.

The balcony offers chaise lounges, chairs and tables to allow you to watch the sunset, enjoy the view of the lagoon pool, sight of the palm trees and listen to the ocean waves!

The kitchen is fully stocked. There are plenty of cooking supplies if you decide to eat in!

We also have a couple beach chairs available for use or you can rent chairs on the beach (for a fee). (Note that like other condos in Destin, personal chairs have to be set up behind the rented chairs.)

The unit includes a washer and dryer- no need to go to a common space to wash clothes.

Wifi is included in the unit. There will be towels and bedding for 4 included in the unit. We provide an initial supply of toiletries (except shampoo), soap, trash bags, etc for your stay!
