Continue your vacation outdoors on this vacation home's open air deck (with gas grill). THINGS TO KNOW
Clubhouse (with Wifi., locker rooms and grille), three outdoor swimming pools (consisting of a lazy river, lap pool & kiddie pool), fitness center, basketball courts, putting green, horseshoe pits, tennis pavilion (with four courts), nature and walking trails, shuttle to the beach and shopping (operates seasonally, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday through Monday). Docks for kayaking too! Note Bay Forest requires guests ages 5 and older to pay a $50 per person per week resort fee. This fee must be paid prior to arrival (preferably at booking) and cannot exceed the occupancy of the property.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
