Great place!

My family loves staying here! We’ve stayed here for the past 3 years. It’s a nice and quiet area which we like. But also close to stores and the beach. Very clean. Plenty of room for a big family. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Nice Place!

This is a really great house in a nice, quiet area of Bear Trap Dunes. There was more than enough room for our family and puppy and we were very pleased. The house was stocked with enough essentials to last a few days as well as extra towels, sheets, and blankets. Some of the nicer features of the house include a big soaking tub with jet stream option and the enclosed back porch with plenty of comfortable seating. All of the appliances in the house worked well also. The only down side I would warn other guests about is the doors on the jack and jill bathroom upstairs- they both lock from the inside and is very easy to get locked out of that bathroom. We had to call maintenance to come help us, which they did come after about 4 hours and he was courteous and polite. I dont think anyone who chooses to rent this home will be disappointed. We hope to come back next year!

Excellent home for R & R

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed relaxing on front porch with a book while watching a chickadee feed her babies in the birdhouse. Very short drive to beach to catch the sunrise each day!

Nice house - needs work

Nice community with amentities - this home however needs attention. Carpet throughout home filthy in need of professional cleaning. Heating vents on upper level of home had visible black mold. Ceiling fans very dusty - prior guest called “furry”. No propane for gas grill. Bathroom rugs needed washed. Mold/mildew in in both shower surrounds. Photos sent to property management.

Would not rent here again

Location was good and house was adequately surface cleaned. However carpet was filthy and air vents full of dust and mold. The garbage can had not been emptied in weeks, overflowing. The furniture and beds were sub par for comfort. This place could have been a fantastic rental had it not been for these issues. Just didn’t meet our standards.

Great property loved patios in the back and loved sitting on the front porch great quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room inside felt like home! Will definitely be going back !
