This was our first season working with this property management company, and your comments have been taken very seriously. Additional checks will be introduced to ensure that future guests are welcomed in the best possible conditions. We nevertheless regret that these concerns were not reported at the beginning of your stay. Our local property manager was available throughout your visit and could have intervened immediately to resolve them. The washing machine and tumble dryer were purchased approximately one year ago and are therefore not old. The washing machine offers programmes ranging from 20°C to 90°C, so the temperature of the laundry depends on the programme selected. However, we will have both appliances and the kettle checked as a precaution. The locked room visible in some photographs is not a guest bedroom or living area. It is a private storage room containing linen, towels and maintenance equipment. When additional linen was requested, our property manager came to provide it. We are pleased that you appreciated the location, swimming pool and parking, and we are sorry that your overall experience did not meet your expectations.
