Welcome to the 'chocolatine' house, a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation!⭐⭐⭐⭐! It includes six rooms: three on the ground floor and three upstairs. The six rooms each have their own ambiance and a unique character with meticulous decor and authentic furnishings! It's a Landes house that has been completely renovated and thoughtfully designed over 30 years by a professional carpenter: beautiful surprises await you there!
You can choose on the ground floor between the "blue" room in oriental style with a 160 X 200 bed, the "beige" room, more rustic, with a 160 X 200 bed, and the third, the "exotic" room with its painted plants on the wall, always with a double bed of 160 X 200. All the rooms are equipped with beautiful wardrobes or built-in storage that match the style of these rooms. A very large bathroom entirely tiled and with woodwork, featuring double sinks, a bathtub, and a shower, is located on this level. The ground floor also includes a large equipped kitchen, where the blend of old and modern harmonizes perfectly, with all the necessary modern amenities and a dining room opening onto the kitchen for having your meals with family or friends. A large living room with a big-screen television and its authentic fireplace complete the description of this level.
On the first floor, three other beautiful rooms are distributed as follows: the "children's" room with its glass roof is composed of 2 single beds of 120 X 190, the "lando-basquaise" room with dominant white and red colors and a bed of 160 × 200, and finally, the "Belle Epoque" room with 2 single beds of 0.80 X 190, so named for its cozy pink side and its antique furniture.
You will access the first floor via a beautiful staircase open to the kitchen, and you will find a second large living room with a lounge and a big screen television. The first floor also offers, at the top of the stairs, a small office corner, a bathroom entirely made of slate and under the eaves, which reveals itself to you unexpectedly behind a wooden door.
Each of the three bedrooms on each level opens onto these spacious living areas and ultimately allows for having two homes in one, but also complete independence if needed!

## Emplacement
Tourist town of the Landes in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Léon is located at 6 km from the ocean, 30 minutes from Bayonne and 45 minutes from Saint Jean de Luz. On its lake, you can practice canoeing, paddle or fishing. The lake of Léon is an ideal setting for young children with its fine sandy beach. You will discover the natural reserve which extends to Moliets by sailing on the current of Huchet in a boat guided by the boatmen. Directly from the house, you have an almost private path at the back that takes you there in 10 minutes of walking! In summer, the market with Landes products is held every day on the village square, a 10 minute walk from the oustau. Léon is a lively town with shops open all year round such as the fishmonger, bakeries, butchers, wine cellar.... Even today, Léon is appreciated for its preserved landscape, its numerous leisure activities, as well as for its respect of Landes traditions, both from a sporting and gastronomic point of view. The nearest beach is only 6 kilometers away and it is the beautiful and authentic beach of the Lette Blanche in the commune of Vielle Saint Girons, but you also have the beaches of Moliets, at a similar distance, large and beautiful beaches of fine sand and dune areas, typical of the Landes.
