Be our guest at Royal Links 9:1A, a 1 BD/1 BA downstairs walk-in unit with an elevator for easy access. Conveniently located, you can take a quick drive to experience the newest attractions on the Strip. Located on one of Branson's alternative routes, skirt around traffic to rapidly arrive at a show, shopping, dining, or Silver Dollar City. Lock off unit available if a larger space is needed. Enjoy your stay!

PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a walk-in unit (no flight of stairs, but there may be a couple of steps), our units are not ADA compliant. The front door has a minimum opening of 30". Neither the bedroom nor bathroom doors are ADA compliant. Unless seen in the unit pictures, no stabilizing handles have been installed in the bathrooms.
**This property does not have access to the pool on-site** A great alternative is the Branson AquaPlex which features a 12,250 square foot aquatic park with Zero-Depth entry leisure pool, kiddie pool, slides and more! Daily Admission is $6.50 per person.
If you need a little additional space, 9:1B next door is a studio lock-off unit with adjoining inner door that can be booked if available.

Perfect location, perfect condo, perfect price.

The condo was well appointed. Comfy bed and great for our pet. The location was almost like being in the country while being very close to town. Enjoyed our short stay.

Great place for a weekend getaway

We had a great experience for a quick weekend getaway. I brought my parents who have limited mobility and they were able to get around the place with ease. There were even grab bars for them in the bathroom.

Just what we needed!

Great Access for handicap

Easy access, Great location. Beautiful Apartment, quiet, very clean. It has a walk in shower with grab bars which my husband needed and I enjoyed. Parkinson's disease makes it very difficult to step over a tub. Plenty of room for his wheelchair. Kitchen very well equiped. Bed was very comfortable. We will definitely consider this rental again.

Perfect location & unit!

Condo was perfect for what we were looking for - a very nice unit, close to everything. We chose this one because of its location & the fact it had a recliner. Was pleased with our choice. Nothing bad to say - but a suggestion. I agree with the reviewer that said they need handles on the cabinet doors. Older customers have difficulty with hands @ opening doors.

nice condo Was disappointed with the recliner, rented this condo because it had a recliner. The recliner set too low and was difficult to get up out of.

Thanksgiving stay

Disappointed that we had to take a elevator down to condo. Wife thought it was direct walk-in from ground level. She has disability issues, but we were able to get by. Blow dryer sounded like it needed replacement. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. It was a nice condo except for these things. We have been coming to Branson for over 30 years and have relatives here.

Perfect Location & A deal you can’t beat!

I was shocked when I saw this property for only about $100 more than others in the area and you got 11 free activity options for one ticket EVERY DAY, including arrival and departure! A silver dollar city ticket alone is $100. Can’t beat that deal! The unit is great - centrally located and close to everything. Our 7 year old slept fine in the pull out sofa, I don’t think I could have but you know - it’s a sofa bed, you can’t expect much. The main king bed in the room is pretty comfortable! I brought my own pillows cuz you know I’m over 30 and apparently that’s a necessity now. The bathroom shower has fantastic water pressure. The kitchen and fridge were great for bringing groceries and saving some money on food. The appliances are a blast from the past like actual Tupperware brand and a food processor from the 80s but everything worked fine (they just don’t make stuff like they used to). There was a stack of wood planks between the dining room and kitchen, not sure what those were but we just left them. Oh and the dumpsters for when you leave are to your right around the bend in the parking lot by the playground. We had a bit of trouble locating them so I’ll save you the time. Overall - definitely a place you should book! We’ll for sure be back to Branson and we’ll book again.

Beautiful townhouse

Very nice place place. However, garbage disposal needed to be cleaned. It was starting to draw Nats. Other than that, was a great place to stay. We slept great, shower was big, kitchen was nice. It was a nice place to stay. Oh and walking distance from the Dolly Stampede.

Condo Stay

Our condo stay was close to everything and for the most part fulfilled our needs. The dishwasher had a leak and the air conditioner would freeze up if put below 70 degrees. These were our only issues with the property.

Great Condo

The Condo was excellent. It is very clean and in a prime location to everything in Branson. It was beyond awesome that two rooms were connecting. I rate this place a 5 star. Daniel was very nice and professional. The overall price was a little more than I had expected but that was MY fault for not reading the fine lines. I am glad that it happened that way because I probably would not have rented the condos and went to a hotel like all the other visits to Branson ( at least 4 times a year or more ). This time we traveled with my 91 year old dad who had NEVER been on a vacation and this set up was perfect for he and my mother. They had plenty of room. I would recommend this site and property owner / manager.
