Thank you for staying with us. We certainly appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Our fees are stated separately in the beginning of the booking process, to ensure they are understood correctly. We charge 3 additional fees aside from the base rate. That being the 1 time booking fee of $99 & damage waiver of $99 that covers damages up to 3k. The last fee is the cleaning fee, which is standard for the size/bed count of the unit. The parking costs are collected by us on behalf of the resort to register your vehicles. Any additional costs, aside from unit rate, were not paid to us. Thank you again!

Thanks for your review! Unfortunately, the fact is we can not control the plumbing in the entire building. The unit is well cleaned & stocked. The maintenance issues are false, as the recliner is electric & you use controls to operate it. The door lock was clearly at the top of the door available for use, not on the knob. We as a company maintain our units to top standards, as we always have. Grand Panama Resort addressed the busted water pipe in the building as soon as possible, they gave us the same ETA for repair as you. After 6 hours the repair was completed, but you had already left. Several units (over 10) were also affected. You were offered the opportunity to move to another unit when we had no eta on repair, you refused. You chose to leave early & was refunded $438.00 for the last night back to your credit card. We apologized endlessly on behalf of Grand Panama Resort & was unsuccessful in convincing you that we manage the unit, not the entire building. We thanked you, wished you safe travels & hope you could come again. Everyone is entitled to a review & opinion.
