Located in a private residence in the heart of Erquy, this 100 m² house accommodates up to 6 guests less than 100 metres from Plage du Bourg, shops and restaurants. Its location makes it easy to alternate between beach outings, time in town and walks along the coastline.

On the ground floor, the living area opens onto the terrace. The lounge includes a sofa, armchairs and a connected television with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The dining space can comfortably seat 6 guests.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for independent holidays: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 upstairs bedroom with double bed 140x190
- 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190
- 1 upstairs bedroom with double bed 140x190
- 1 small additional sleeping area suitable for a child under 6 years old

The maximum occupancy remains limited to 6 guests.

The house includes 2 shower rooms: one on the ground floor with shower and washbasin, and another upstairs with shower and double washbasin. Separate toilets are available on both levels.

The terrace naturally extends the living area during sunny days. Outdoor furniture and a plancha make it easy to enjoy meals outside after the beach.

The private garage can accommodate 1 vehicle. It is also equipped with a sink and washing machine, which is useful for longer stays.

From the house, guests can walk to Plage du Bourg and shops within a few minutes. Coastal paths, the fishing harbour and Cap d’Erquy provide an easy way to discover the pink sandstone landscapes of Brittany’s Emerald Coast.
