Le Monti - Plage à 1km

Located less than a kilometre from the beach, the Monti is a pleasant flat, fully equipped and functional.
It has all the necessary comforts for your stay: wifi (fibre optic), equipped kitchen, shower room, 2 sleeping areas, etc... Linen is not included but can be rented on site.

Accommodation
Located on the 1st floor of a small residence (accessible by stairs), this 49 m² flat with mezzanine can accommodate 1 to 6 people. Access is via the veranda (17 m²), where you can have your meals if you wish.

The living room has several areas: a sitting area with a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a double bed (140cm) and a TV, and a high table with bar stools for your breakfasts, coffee breaks or other activities.
In the kitchen, you will find a fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker... All the crockery and kitchen utensils you will need are available.

A double bed (140cm) with a quality mattress and box spring is located in a second sleeping area on the mezzanine.

The shower room is equipped with a vanity unit, a storage column, a toilet and a washing machine.

Neighbourhood
Ideally located, in a very pleasant area, close to the centre of Ile Rousse (8 min walk): bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, delicatessen, wine cellar, pizzeria...
The beach is less than 1 km away.

Transport
Bastia Calvi airport is about 20 km away (15 min drive).
A numbered parking space is at your disposal.

Other remarks
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).

- Animals accepted on request, please specify when booking.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
