Wenn Sie aufwachen und die Balkontüren öffnen, werden Sie von blauem Himmel und einem magischen Blick über die Bucht nach St. Tropez begrüßt. Von hier aus können Sie im privaten Garten entspannen, im Pool baden, im Meer planschen oder durch den Park ins Zentrum des Dorfes schlendern.

Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattete Villa wurde 2006 auf dem Gelände eines alten Herrenhauses erbaut und bietet alles, was Sie für einen perfekten Urlaub an der französischen Riviera benötigen. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Doppelzimmer (eines mit Bad), ein Zweibettzimmer und ein Familienbadezimmer. Unten ist offen mit großzügiger Küche (mit Frühstücksbar), Ess- und Loungebereich. Auch ein weiteres Duschbad mit WC.

WLAN ist verfügbar und es gibt eine Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude. Die Qualität der Unterkunft und die luxuriöse Ausstattung werden Ihren Aufenthalt unvergesslich machen. Die Doppelzimmer teilen sich einen privaten Sonnenbalkon mit Meerblick.

Draußen befindet sich eine überdachte Terrasse und ein privater Garten der Villa. Innerhalb des Villenkomplexes gibt es zwei sichere Parkplätze. Es gibt einen Außenpool, der mit den anderen Villen auf dem Gelände geteilt wird.

Fantastic property in a great location

Great house for the big family

Great time in Les Issambres

We - a family of 6 had a really great time in the house. The house is super clean and well equipped. It has four bedrooms and a very nice garden. The pool - which is used together with some other houses - is perfect and the people which happened to be in the other houses were very nice as well. John, who takes care of the house, is super helpful and really helped us out during our stay (our car broke down). We will definitely return!

We had a fabulous stay, thank you so much. The host was really responsive and answered any questions we had before we travelled.The accommodation itself was perfect and just as described. It had four good size bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and two other bathrooms with bath/showers. The kitchen had literally anything you could need to eat in if you wanted to. The pool area was clean and it had a good size pool with space to take chairs/beds to stay at the pool if you wanted to. We chose not to as the walk to the pool or the sea from the villa was shorter than in some hotels we’ve stayed in, but if you had younger guests it would be perfect. It is located right opposite the sea and just a ten minute walk to shops and restaurant which was perfect for us. A slightly longer walk will take you to the port for a short ferry trip to St Tropez - which was worth a visit. Overall a fabulous villa, located well and just perfect for a visit to the South of France. We will certainly visit again. Thank you Bridget.

Excellent villa in a wonderful location

We decided on a last minute holiday and we are so pleased we found this lovely villa on HomeAway. The location was perfect, the beach was literally 2 minutes from the villa and not at all crowded. The town beach, a long and sweeping bay of sand was a leisurely 10 minutes stroll. Here is an array of bars, restaurants and grocery shops so there is no need to jump in the car every time you run out of bread! The villa was really well equipped, furnished for comfort with style and quality. This extended to every room and continued outside onto both the terrace and the balcony. It was particularly useful to have UK TV as we could watch the Olympic Opening Ceremony. Thank you Bridget......it really makes a difference to spend your holiday in such a great villa with all the comforts of home and fabulous views over the sea.

Les Issambres 2019

The Villa is well located with a good view of the sea, the garden and terrace is wonderful allowing relaxation as well as eating al fresco. The garden is great for children and with the separate shared pool not close by and fenced in we could relax a bit more. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants close by in Les Issambres with a larger selection in St Maxime and Frejus if required. The balcony outside the 2 main bedrooms is a welcome haven if you want a bit of peace and quiet away from the activity in the garden. Our party comprised my wife, myself, our daughter, son in law, grandson and granddaughter. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Villa Palmeraiae. We found Les Issambres to be large enough to have what we wanted without being too commercial with too many people.

Agréable villa

On a passé un séjour formidable dans la villa de Dyson. Le logement est spacieux, nous avons profité du jardin, de la vue sur mer et de la piscine que les enfants ont adorés s’y rendre de temps en temps bien qu’elle ne soit pas privative. Les Issambres et les communes à côté sont vraiment bien pour passer des vacances agréables. Pour ma part, c’était un peu court, mais je recommande la villa et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir dans le coin et surtout chez Bridget quand j’en aurai cette possibilité. Merci beaucoup, Famille MOSABU

Great Property, just outside cities of Cote d'Azur

Amazing property that is well maintained, and the view is incredible. We visited just after the tourist season so it was not as congested as during peak season, which we highly recommend. There are only a couple of FYI's that would have made things easier: - There is a lot of information in the Guest Book that would be helpful such as you may need to bring toilet paper if prior guests didn't leave any (thankfully the store was still open when we arrived the first night, but it was close). - The beach is super accessible, but during our stay there was a lot of piled up sea weed or something which had the expected odor so we had to frequent other beaches. I imagine this is dependent on the tides and time of year, but who knows. Beyond this, the caretaker is amazingly helpful and the property is a great place to relax. We had an infant with us and this was no problem, there is a pack-and-play and high chair. Absolutely loved our trip here, thank you!

I am so pleased that you had such a good holiday, I do agree that it is a lovely time of the year to visit, the problem with the beach opposite is that the local authority do not seem to remove the seaweed there as they go in to September, whereas the sandy beach in the village is kept clean throughout the season. It is annoying as the taxes paid are high but it seems to be the way it works there. I do apologise about the toilet paper situation, I will speak with our Caretaker re a roll being left in each bathroom for the start of the holiday. I am pleased you found it relaxing with your little one, my Granddaughter had her first holiday there last May at 9 months old and they had a great time. Many thanks again, Bridget

Wonderful Villa!

Wonderful villa on a beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay at Bridget's villa. The villa is spaceous, clean and on a good location with a good size shared pool that also the kids loved. The house felt safe and comfortable for our two families, and we enjoyed also the services and cities/villages like St. Tropez and Grimaud close by - and be sure not to miss the Aqualand water park in Frejus if you are travelling with kids! A rental car is good to have but the railway works well too (from St. Raphael to Nice i.e.) and waterbus to St. Tropez. Caretaker John as well as Bridget were helpful if we needed anything and all eight of us came home with the hope of returning one day.

Stay here!

Stop searching and stay here! We were a family of 5 adults, 1 kid and 2 babies. Spent a week at this villa. CLEAN. COMFORTABLE. MODERN. WELL EQUIPPED. Just perfect! With two babies in tow it was nice that the pool was not in the backyard. Otherwise we would have to constantly be watching the kids. The car parking is just next to the villa so easy to unload and load. The pool too is very close to the villa. Would have been nice if there were some loungers at pool (but you’re free to move the ones from the backyard to the pool…a bit of a chore with kids and pool toys in tow but you’re free to do it). One other small point was the gas for the BBQ. We used it once and the gas was over. Seemed like a waste to go and buy a whole new gas tank for just one more BBQ. Would be nice if the gas tank was maintained for guests. But it’s just a minor issue. We had a fabulous time in the villa. It’s perfect for a family holiday. Bridget was always responsive and prompt (as was her housekeeper). We will definitely be back!

Hi Elizabeth Thank you for your review I am so pleased you had such a great time in Les Issambres and that you loved our villa, your kind comments are much appreciated. I do apologise for the empty gas tank, we always leave a full one at the start of the season and I did forget to ask John to check it. The loungers at the poolside have been discussed at several of the management meetings, however, not all owners are in agreement as to how to manage this so we purchased some light weight ones which are easy to move around, we will purchase a few more for next year. We would obviously be delighted if you did rent our villa again, you were great guests to have there. Many thanks Bridget

An excellent villa to holiday with family

We spent a week in this fabulous,well equipped and comfortable villa, the only missing "should have" was a high chair for our 1 year old grandaughter..... however, my daughter had packed a booster chair that served the purpose. ... not ideal , but adequate! The shared pool was brilliant , as was the reasonably close proximity to a lovely, sandy beach... ( about 10 minute walk) . We loved exploring the area , and using the water taxi to St Tropez.... a wonderful experience! Given we had a toddler and a baby with us we used the gas BBQ for our evening meal on a few occasions and loved sitting on the comfortable and spacious terrace watching the sun set.... perfect location for a perfect holiday. We were disappointed that the sprinkling system was wrongly set and came on at lunchtime for most of our holiday.... this spoiled our lunchtime experience, but the good news for future guests... it was reset to early morning the day before we came home. I must add that this was out of the owners control , but none the less a nuisance for our family. Hence the 4 instead of 5 star rating! We would not hesitate to return to this villa if we return to this area .

Exceptional quality!

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location, with stunning views of the sea. Easy walk into the centre of Les Issambres with many local amenities. Very easy to get around the surrounding area, with a wide range of activities available to suit all tastes. The villa itself is extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, with a spacious terrace and a well maintained pool. Inside it is very well equipped, with everything you might possibly want, a real home from home!

Excellent accomodation in a great location

This is our second year staying at this villa - the fact that we have returned says it all. This is a beautiful villa - it has all one could need and is exactly as depicted on the website. It is within walking distance of the local town (10 minutes) which has a small supermarket and plenty of restaurants. The beach beside the villa has stones (it was fine for us) so if you do prefer a nice sandy beach then there is a nice one at the village and others beyond. The pool is also lovely. The local caretaker is very helpful and readily available if required and the owner is very responsive and helpful. In short - highly recommended!

Everything we needed plus much more!

We stayed as a family of four adults and two children and had a fantastic time. The villa is beautifully and completely provided with high quality furnishings and equipment and so much space. The garden and garden terrace made for beautiful outdoor living, the large grassed garden was great for the children's play. Everything has been beautifully maintained, including the wonderful pool area, although shared it is large enough and never felt crowded. The location is so very convenient with easy access to the beach, park and the village. The greeting and advice from the local manager was excellent and very comprehensive. Perfect!

Many thanks to Alistair and Bridget for letting us stay at your wonderful villa. With a 20 month old toddler the villa was perfect for our needs, with the option of relaxing in the private garden, around the shared gated pool, or at the local beach which our little boy absolutely loved!! The grounds surrounding the villa were very well maintained and the location was spot on, with the choice of some lovely beach restaurants and various amenities within walking distance at Les Issambres. We also enjoyed visits to some beautiful resorts/towns within a short drive such as St Maxime, Gassin, Port Grimaud or St Tropez, accessible in 15 minutes by boat. The villa was very clean, comfortable and modern and came with all the high quality household items we needed. All in all a truly wonderful stay and would certainly recommend! We fell in love with the location when we were looking in the area 12 years ago at the possibility of buying a property there for family holidays. We loved the village of Les Issambres, it is neither too small or too large. The whole area is very pretty with lots to see and do. The beaches are great, lots of sandy ones or rocks if you prefer. Our villa wasn't built when we first visited the area, we jumped at the chance of buying where we are as we love being so close to the sea and the fabulous views we have from our bedroom balcony. I love the fact that we can walk in to the village within 10 minutes and that the walk is on the sea front, there is a little wooded park area across the road from our villa which you walk through and from there you follow the path in to the village.

The great thing about our villa is that it is light and airy. We kept the downstairs open plan which is so much more user friendly, friends and family can sit at the kitchen bar and chat while we are cooking or doing whatever. We have got a really good sized garden, the shrubs and trees have now matured so it is very private and pretty. The swimming pool is a good size and although it is shared it never feels to be too busy.
