In this private mid-century Palm Springs home, enjoy the mountain views from the saline pool, six-person spa, covered pergola with seating for eight, chaise lounge seating for six, and a gas BBQ. The pool includes a tanning ledge, lap lane, waterfall, and pool toys.

Enjoy the mid-century feel while appreciating comfort and modern amenities. Relax in front of the fireplace as you watch your favorite show on the new 42-inch TV, complete with a DVD player and Showtime. The indoor dining table seats six, plus the bar seating for four. Fisher & Paykel appliances and Caesarstone countertops highlight the kitchen updates. The home has WiFi, a Bose portable music system, and unlimited long-distance calling for the US and Canada. Vintage touches include a Lucite cart once owned by Liberace and a framed Life Magazine cover of Steve McQueen, who lived in the cul-de-sac.

The main bedroom features a separate private bath, a slider to the backyard, and a 32-inch LCD with a DVD player. The other bedrooms each have a 32-inch TV with DVDs. All bedrooms offer blackout window coverings to assure the Palm Springs sun doesn't force early morning wake-ups.

A washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hallway.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
