The bright living room features modern furniture, pops of color, a comfortable couch, two large chairs, and a smart TV to enjoy all your subscription based streaming services on. You'll find plenty of entertainment outside and inside with friends and family at this well appointed Palm Springs vacation rental. Delight in the semi-open floor plan as the living room flows seamlessly over to the dining table adjacent to the kitchen.

The dining table comfortably seats up to six and is situated next to the small kitchen peninsula that can act as a buffet area. Lots of seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining can be held at this poolside vacation rentals. The outdoor BBQ grill will keep you and your guests entertained as the accented landscaping lights create a lovely evening ambiance when dining outside.

The kitchen has plenty of counterspace, a gas range, and a side-by-side refrigerator with a bottom freezer to stock all your fresh and frozen goods. The kitchen is also well-stocked with dishes, glasses, and smaller appliances you're sure to enjoy during your vacation! There are plenty of everyday dishes and even outdoor dinnerware for poolside entertaining.

The sleeping quarters offer comfortable beds and accented artwork that promotes a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The primary suite offers an en-suite bathroom, television, and a glass slider that offers quick access to the backyard (and a romantic) opportunity to enjoy the pool and spa after others have called it a night. The glamorous king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and smart TV make this bedroom a great retreat. All bedrooms have tile floors, dual-paned windows, and access to fast Wi-Fi.

The two guest rooms share an updated hallway bath with a tile shower. Guest room 1 offers a Queen-sized bed, ceiling can lights, and a closet. Guest room 2 offers two twin size beds, ceiling can lights, colorful artwork, a corner chair, and closet space. All three bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone to have a relaxing getaway.

Outside, the living is easy with multiple seating areas to choose from. You'll find that there's plenty of areas outside in your private oasis for sunbathing and lounging areas around the sparkling saltwater pool with easy to open umbrellas that allow you to soak up as much sun or enjoy as much shade as you want. Fire up the grill for a BBQ lunch/dinner while others enjoy a friendly game of cornhole.

The saltwater pool area offers a large suntan ledge for the little ones, and it's also the perfect spot to cool off in the water and enjoy your favorite beverage.

At night, enjoy gathering around the fire pit that sits under the dark desert sky. Then swim in the lit pool or de-stress in the large built-in spa while taking in the stunning night sky and desert stars.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
