**The apartment features the following amenities:**

- A spacious living room with an upscale plush convertible sofa and a smart TV, opening to the magnificent terrace.

- The terrace, with Eastern orientation so you can enjoy sunny breakfasts in the morning air, with a dining area for 6 people, patio lounge chairs for ideal sun-bathing, and a superb view of the sea to feast your eyes and soul.

- A well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals, or just to make coffee with the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?), separated from the living room by a glass partition so you don't loose any of the Mediterranean natural light.

- A parental suite with a queen size bed, TV, large dressing closet and private bathroom with shower and toilets.

- A 75m² garden with a dining table for 8 people, sun-bathing patio chairs and a private access toward the Mouré Rouge beach only 2 minutes away.

- A second bathroom with shower with toilets near the entrance of the apartment.

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available). **Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.**
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps down your street, the Rue du Cros Vieil, you will be able to devote yourself to the following activities, located within four and a half minutes on foot (or more if you decide to walk on your hands):

Reach the famous Croisette and, if you want, take the kids to the trampoline or go sip some cocktail on a beach lounge chair at one of the private beach clubs.

Enjoy the “small village” atmosphere of the Palm Beach district while you do your daily shopping in the neighborhood stores: bakery, butcher shop, grocery store, pharmacy, etc...

Rent a pedal-boat, a paddle board or a wind-surf board and try to reach the Sainte Marguerite island.

Take your pick among the many delightful local restaurants for your diner, with your loved one or your friends (the Duplex, the Mouré Rouge, the L’écrin, the La Petite Maison, the Le Tamaris…)

And within less than 7 minutes by car, you'll be able to:

Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès.

Board a train at the main station for a ride along the Mediterranean coast.

Stroll along the cobblestone street in the old part of town and pick postcards to send home.

Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.


**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
