Location is great and the place was very clean! We enjoyed the full kitchen and the bed was comfortable. We did have a problem with the WIFI, but they sent a maintenance man right away to resolve. I wish the underground parking was included in the stay though, that cost us 100. Overall, would stay here again!

Great location and nice building! Loved everything but the bed which was very loud. Neither my husband or I got decent sleep for our entire stay due to the low quality main bed. Everything else was nice.

First time at Snowshoe

The condo is cozy, right there in heart of the village. Excellent view from the hot tub. The was not a whole lot going on for the weekend we were there so lodge was very quiet, which is what we enjoy.

Perfect Condo for a small group

Great location, clean place-love that the condo is on the fourth floor with the laundry facilities. My only complaint is that there is no official lobby for the Rimfire units…we were confused checking in as to which building our unit was located-Rimfire North or South because there was no specification. If you need extra keys you have to drive back to Casago office location down the mountain. It was noted that we had use of ski lockers but never could find those. We asked other Casago guests on our floor and they had no idea either. There was also no parking instruction in any of the checkin materials.

Lura, thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the great location, cleanliness, and convenience of having laundry facilities on the same floor. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding check-in, building identification, and ski locker access. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests. We’ll work on improving the clarity of our check-in instructions to specify Rimfire North or South, as well as providing better details on ski lockers and parking. We appreciate your insight and will use it to enhance future guest experiences. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even smoother stay in the future! This property was overall clean and in a wonderful location in the Village with quick access to the slopes, shops, and restaurants. The beds/sheets were not the most comfortable, and the sheet on the pull out bed was dirty. Other than these few issues, we really enjoyed our stay!
