Right in the heart of The Village, close to all the action. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at Starbucks, dine in one of our fine restaurants, relax in one of the hot tubs located in the complex, or walk to any of the many activities going on.

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check-in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of the reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted; no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00is charged at the time of booking.
