A fabulous unobstructed beachfront view can be yours from your own private condo and balcony right on the most beautiful beach in the U.S.!

Kick back in our comfortable balcony lounge chairs and watch the dolphins or enjoy gorgeous sunsets! We are on the 7th floor directly facing the gulf and beach, low enough for great views and peace of mind, yet high enough for quiet and privacy.

Our condo has been newly professionally decorated with tasteful and comfortable furnishings.

Renovations have been made throughout the condo including:

Fresh paint 2023 spring

Queen sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress and two comfortable reclining chairs.

All new cherry kitchen cabinets, custom granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances.

Newly renovated bathrooms with updated cherry vanities and mirrors, new lighting, curved shower curtain, new fixtures.

Brand new 55” smart HDTV & 50” smart HDTV with Cox Cable TV

Fully tiled flooring through out with 18' tile in the bedroom and living room.

New dining furniture and entertainment center.

Our condo provides free secure and dependable, wireless high speed internet.

Pelican Beach Resort is immaculately maintained and offers the perfect family vacation, romantic getaway or winter retreat. Amenities include beach side pool and drink bar, poolside café, beachside hot tub and kiddie pool plus additional indoor heated pool with swim-out to a second outdoor pool, grilling area with multiple grills, fitness center, tennis courts and arcade room.

Our unit received the highest possible rating. Accommodations include a comfortable king sized master bedroom with ceiling fan and private bath, plus a hall bunk bed alcove with an additional full bath. The living room contains a queen sized sleeper sofa with upgraded foam mattress and two comfortable reclining chairs. Balcony also features two comfortable lounge chairs with ottoman.

Coin operated washer/dryer are just a few steps down the breezeway. I load it and leave it with no worries.

Check in is simple and convenient with entry door electronic lock with customized individual door codes for each stay.

Ozen was great communicating and always kind and helpful. Condo had everything we could have hoped for and had excellent access to the beautiful beach! Multiple pools and hot tub. Ice machine was awesome! Pillows and bed slept well. We were close to so many great restaurants and fun activities. Thanks for a wonderful week!!!!

Perfect Condo for Anniversary Trip

Husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Loved the extras like ninja air fryer, beach umbrellas and chairs we could use. Very spacious for 2 and definitely could fit 4 comfortably as well. Wish the condo had a bit more "beachy" decor, but that is the only negative i can think of. Will definitely stay here again.

50th Anniversary

The property was well maintained, the staff was friendly but the wait for the elevators was sometimes 15-20 minutes. I understand they are being modernized and know they will be better. Our host, Ozan, was over the top and we appreciated his attentativeness.

Fantastic Ocean View

Having the view of the ocean from the balcony is the awesome. Looking out to see the ocean and sun shining on the ocean and then the sunsets is incredible. Nice kitchen to go with good furniture in the living room. Nice bed in master bedroom. Nice to have heated pool in february. Great beach with white sand. Would stay here again for sure

Amazing place to stay

First of all this place was amazing. The location was great. We stayed in condo 707. Wonderful view of ocean and sand. The condo was excellent. Very clean and straight. Master bed room was a king size bed great mattress. Dresser and two side tables. Bath in the master had a tube/shower very clean and plenty of towels and soaps. The two bunks in hall were great. We didn’t sleep on them. They had real mattress on them. Small bath room had a stand up shower. Very clean and again plenty of towels and soaps. Kitchen had everything you need and more to cook. Very nice appliances there was an air fryer, toaster, blender, coffee pot that used either types of coffee. You could make a cup or a pot. Living room was perfect with a couch and 2 recliners. Large table and chairs and a large tv. Porch view was wonderful with 4 chairs and a small table. The owner provides an wagan to haul your things to the beach and a couple of umbrellas. We didn’t use these things. But they are there if you need them. I had a little hard time checking in. Only due to staff didn’t like or give me time to find information they needed in a email. Contacted the owner and he responded asap. This is a wonderful place to stay. Condo and all. By the way they have several pools and couple hot tubs. It was quiet at night. Try this place out. You won’t regret it. Happy beach time to you all.
