This cute Villa in Holmes Beach is a perfect getaway nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Come relax for a week in this 2bedroom, 2 bathroom villa close enough to the beach to walk and then relax or enjoy all that Anna Maria has to offer!

The master suite has a king size bed and on-suite shower bathroom. There is a full closet, chest of drawers and table equipped with a charging station. Plenty of storage to unpack and organize for the long week vacation. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a very comfortable mattress, full closet, television and nightstands furnished with beach reads and magazines. The guest bathroom is in the hallway between the rooms and has under sink storage and full shower bath. The hall closet is equipped with extra towels, blanket and a hairdryer.

The living room has a bar area ready for you to stock with your beverage of choice. Relax on the comfy couch or two relaxing chairs and watch television or share a cocktail. Prepare a meal in the kitchen which is stocked with spices and enough pots, pans or bakeware to enjoy the fresh seafood available on the island. Pick up some of the best baked goods the island has to offer or make your own and share with friends or family in the “Florida” dining room which includes a full table, chairs and bench.

If you need to work, the table is ready for you or relax in the chair and ottoman which is a perfect quiet place to read or work on your laptop. A lap table is available for those who like to work on a couch or comfy chair. The “Florida” room opens to a large, spacious manicured lawn where you can grill out and dine at an outdoor table.

The beach is only two blocks away and the villa is equipped with a beach cart, chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Rinse off in the outdoor shower which includes both hot and cold water. Relax at the table under the covered carport and admire the gorgeous plumeria trees or hibiscus while you sip on something cool. The cottage includes a washer and dryer and enough hooks to hang towels and bathing suits.

Take the free trolley that runs every twenty minutes up and down the 7 mile island, with stops all along the way, for shopping and sightseeing and restaurants in Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria!

PET POLICY INFORMATION

Max Pet weight is 40 pounds. There is a taxable pet fee per dog and a pet addendum must be signed. Pet fees range from $150- $250 per pet and are based on size of the pet.

All pets require approval after booking.
*Be sure to indicate you have a pet, where you enter the number of guests.*

If approved, the fee will be added, and we'll confirm the new total with you before charging your card.

Finally, a quick reminder of our pet rules which include but not limited to:
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
- The yard must be kept clean of waste.
- Excessive hair must be cleaned up prior to departure.
- Sorry, no cats.
