Welcome to The Island Easy, a dog-friendly, one-bedroom condo on Anna Maria Island just a short walk from the beach. Perfect for monthly rentals, snowbirds, and remote workers, this updated second-floor unit offers comfortable, convenient island living in one of the most walkable locations on the island.

Located just five minutes from the beach and three minutes from both Publix and CVS Pharmacy, two minute walk to a stop for the FREE trolly which allows you to enjoy everything that AMI and Bradenton Beach has to offer. You can easily enjoy your stay without relying on a car. This level of walkability is rare and makes day-to-day living simple, however long you stay.

Inside, the condo has been updated and is designed for longer stays. The living area features a 75 inch Smart TV with a Fire Stick along with a new sofa and loveseat set with built in recliners. The bedroom features a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, and the fully stocked kitchen is ideal for guests who enjoy cooking at home. A private balcony overlooks the main heated pool, creating a relaxing space to start or end your day. The unit also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

Guests have access to two heated pools, as well as tennis/ pickleball courts. Beach chairs, a cart, and a Cool Cabana are provided, making it easy to spend time on the sand without extra hassle. The condo is dog-friendly and allows up to two dogs, which is a rare find on Anna Maria Island and a major benefit for longer stays.

An assigned parking space is included, along with ample guest parking. Whether you're here to escape the winter, work remotely, or simply enjoy the Gulf Coast, this condo is set up to feel like home.

With its combination of location, comfort, and amenities, The Island Easy offers a true “live like a local” experience. Many guests come for a month and quickly wish they had booked longer.

Everything we could have wanted!

This condo was in the perfect location! We could see the intracoastal waterway and it was close to shopping and the beach. Tara thought of almost everything we could need. The interior was new, clean and bright!

Very clean and comfortable

Condo was very clean upon check in! Tastefully decorated, with every utensil you might need. Location isn’t prime, but also not bad. A little further from the beach than I would prefer. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends and family. My only complaint was the coffee maker, it could use a Keurig.

Great place, lovely hostess

Would absolutely recommend this property as a great place for a solo traveler or small group. The location was great, walkable to the beach, grocery store, and trolley stop. Tara, the property owner was responsive and even dropped off a yoga mat for me. The apt was stocked with beach items, good kitchenware, and was clean. The community pool was well-maintained and was like having a private pool (I only saw one other guest the week I was there). Price was competitive and a good value. Thanks for everything, Tara!

Perfect Condo. Perfect stay!

The condo is beautiful. Spacious and convenient to everything. We loved our stay here and felt right at home. I cannot say enough good things about it. Stores are close by and the beach is just down the street. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great large walk in closet and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals while having a great view or watching tv. Balcony was spacious and we spent alot of time just relaxing and having a cocktail. Tara was an excellent host and took great care of us. Thank you so much

It keeps getting better!

This was our second stay at Tara’s condo on AMI. The first year we visited was our honeymoon, and we loved our stay so much we came back this year with our first baby on the way. The condo to our surprise was updated and even more beautiful than it already was! We love this condo because it’s PERFECT location, walkable to beaches, shopping (grocery and other) and beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset set. It is so comfortable, quiet and clean. It has everything stocked that you may need for the beach! Tara is a true angel and pleasure to rent from. We feel so welcomed and look forward to coming back yearly! Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Construction

First week of our stay was very nice, the last 3 weeks have been very noisy and inconvenient with the whole project undergoing rehab and exterior remodeling of stairs, front porches screen removal, handrails on second floors and irrigation systems updating which was not pointed out during booking and was known prior to. Left early by a day as the workers were solely on our building and couldn’t get out of unit during process at all. When construction is completed, reportedly by end of October, would be a great place.

Positively perfect!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. The location is so convenient to grocery store, shops, church, and of course the beach! The sun rises, and the sunsets just spectacular! The condo is very clean and modern and beautifully decorated! I highly recommend this property.

We have been visiting Anna Maria for years, it is one of our favorite places on Earth. We are so excited to share our vacation spot with you and hope that you love it as much as we do.

One of my favorite things about staying here is how easy everything feels. Within just a few minutes, you can walk to the beach for a morning stroll or sunset, grab groceries at Publix, or pick up anything you need at CVS Pharmacy without ever getting in the car.

I also love starting the day with coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool—it’s quiet, relaxing, and a great way to ease into the day before heading out to the beach.

When it comes to food, there are some great casual spots nearby that guests always end up loving. Skinny's Place is a local favorite for classic burgers in a laid-back, old Florida setting. The Wicked Cantina is perfect for fresh Mexican food and margaritas (and AMAZING sunsets), and Freckled Fin Irish Pub offers a fun, relaxed atmosphere with live music and great comfort food.

The island itself has such a laid-back charm. Whether you're exploring local shops, finding a new favorite spot for dinner, or just enjoying the slower pace, it’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind. Having beach chairs, a cart, and a cabana ready to go makes spontaneous beach trips incredibly easy, which is something guests really appreciate.

And if you’re traveling with dogs, it’s even better—being able to bring them along and enjoy long walks together makes the experience feel that much more like home.

We have rented countless times ourselves, it's always such a treat to explore new places and still have the comforts of home.

We love to cook our own meals and noticed that most rentals do not have many basics, like sharp knifes, let alone some of the more obscure items we like to use (like a zester or citrus juicer). We made sure that we stocked up our kitchen as well as our kitchen at home. Decent pans, sharp knifes (with a knife sharpener), hand citrus juicer among other items.

We also pride ourselves in being available to our guest - via text and mobile. If you need something, and it's possible to get it to you - we will do it.

We just try to treat our guest like we would want to be treated and absolutely LOVE repeat business.
