The upstairs sleeps 12. There are 2 bedrooms that each have queen beds, and 1 bedroom w/ 2 double beds, & 2 more sleeper sofas in the den.

The downstairs sleeps 8. There are 2 bedrooms that each have queen beds, and 1 bedroom with a queen plus a twin trundle (2 twins total). Large efficiency/entertainment areas with sleeper couches.

ALL bedrooms have flat-screen TV/DVD combinations - so everybody can watch their
own show or movie.
