Dianne was an awesome host, and the house was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Our family has children from 7 - 22 years old, and with the pool/ping-pong table and air hockey, plus the dock, kayaks and canoe, everyone was entertained the entire time. The lake was clear and not uncomfortably cool, but very enjoyable for swimming--the kids loved using their goggles because they could see very far under the water. We were able to spread out and enjoy the house when we were there. It was also conveniently close to Duluth and the North Shore attractions, which made it convenient for us to tour around the area.

Lovely property

Beautiful location, friendly host, comfortable lodging. 10 person limit is enforced, as expected and explained prior to our stay, so no surprises there, but something to consider if you have a larger group.

A perfect get-away

Dianne made us so welcome. The house has a gorgeous beach area and lots of ways to be in and on the water. We used it as the base for a staycation. It was a perfect place to get-away and relax!

Great summer lake getaway

This was a perfect vacation for two families to get together and have enough space with plenty to do for adults and kids. Dianne was a great host and very attentive. We enjoyed the access to the lake right there and the ease of getting to Duluth when needed! We would go back for a return visit to this gem of a spot.

Perfect getaway weekend

Our group had a wonderful time at "It's All Good." The location on the lake and just outside of Duluth was fantastic. We enjoyed all of the property's amenities, including ping pong, air hockey, a pool table, a hot tub, and an outdoor fire pit. We'd definitely book again.

Lovely winter stay

We stayed here for 3 nights this winter and had a wonderful time. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of cross country skiing at one of the many options for that, and the game room was great for down time around the house. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions, helpful and accommodating. We hope to stay again next year

What a beautiful house and area - kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed that there were a lot of extra blankets for the cool nights. Diannne was so nice and helpful. We saw many animals - fawns, eagles, and loons.

Friends Weekend Trip

Me and my friends had such a fun weekend staying here, we had everything that we needed and the host was so accommodating with giving us an early check in and a late check out. The place was very spacious and there was so much to do between playing basketball, using the game room in the garage, and hot tubbing. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House and View

We'll be back next year. Gorgeous property, great amenities, great hosts. We happened to stay here during a snow storm and the driveway was plowed first thing in the morning. Very friendly and attentive hosts.

Great property just as advertised!

My whole immediate family stayed for our second time at this property and had a blast just like the first time. Very clean, great amenities and helpful host. We even had an accident on the carpeting, Dianne took it very professionally and polite understanding things happen. Would highly recommend this as a vacation spot!
