Regarding the water issue, we were promptly informed of the technical difficulty early in the morning and took immediate action. The outage lasted approximately 45 minutes, and full service was restored by 7:45 AM. Our maintenance team worked diligently to address the situation as quickly as possible, and we responded to your message without delay. While we understand the inconvenience, we acted swiftly to resolve the matter. Concerning the toilet handle, we arranged for a plumber to visit the property during your stay. However, you declined the service, assuring us that the toilet was functioning properly. We were fully prepared to carry out the repair, but were unable to do so due to your refusal. Lastly, we would like to highlight that we were only informed of your early departure four days after your stay, due to personal reasons. During your visit, we specifically asked if everything was in order, and your response was that everything was fine. No concerns about the condition of the property were communicated at that time. Had any issues been brought to our attention sooner, we would have taken all necessary steps to resolve them immediately.
