The unit was as advertised and the hosts were extremely reposive. I even needed to be walked through the check in process while on site and they were available to answer al questions. The unit was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. The locatiuon is perfect. Everything is in walking distance. The only ask is that security wouldn't be shy letting us out the front gate. I get it but we obviously went that way for the ease of use with my niece being in a wheell chair. The ground level unit was perfect for us. Thank you both for a great start to our vacatiion.

Not a property for a family

I was very disappointed with the property. First of all, the location is sketchy. We had to drive on the dirt road to the property. We parked right by the unit to unload our stuff but then we had to drive to the opposite side to park the car. The space is small for a family of four. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. The shower faucet was not working well. I had to stand in the shower for a while to get the right temperature. They provided a very small travel size shampoo and lotion and that's about it. The toilet handle is loose from the other bathroom and constantly stopped working when we tried to flush. The worst thing was that we were out of water for more than 12 hours! We could not flush or shower or doing anything that required water! I kept reaching out to them when it first stopped at night but I didn't hear back until I reached out again in the morning. It seems like a recurring issue from other reviews.This place is not sound proof at all. The music was blasting from the restaurants near by and we could hear people talking from outside and other close units. I gave 2 stars because the property manager Sharuna was friendly and responsive. This is definitely not a place for a family to stay here. If you're a single traveler (or a couple without kids) who are looking for a place that is far from the beach and doesn't mind the noise and the condition of the unit (without water and toilet issues), then it's ok to stay. We had to book another place to stay.

Regarding the water issue, we were promptly informed of the technical difficulty early in the morning and took immediate action. The outage lasted approximately 45 minutes, and full service was restored by 7:45 AM. Our maintenance team worked diligently to address the situation as quickly as possible, and we responded to your message without delay. While we understand the inconvenience, we acted swiftly to resolve the matter. Concerning the toilet handle, we arranged for a plumber to visit the property during your stay. However, you declined the service, assuring us that the toilet was functioning properly. We were fully prepared to carry out the repair, but were unable to do so due to your refusal. Lastly, we would like to highlight that we were only informed of your early departure four days after your stay, due to personal reasons. During your visit, we specifically asked if everything was in order, and your response was that everything was fine. No concerns about the condition of the property were communicated at that time. Had any issues been brought to our attention sooner, we would have taken all necessary steps to resolve them immediately. We take guest feedback seriously and are committed to maintaining the high standards that have earned us our reputation.
